All the rooms are very clean, comfortable, tidy and quiet. The staffs are nice and friendly as well, I didn’t know how to turn on a stove and it was almost midnight, but the staff still explained it to me in details. The apartment is equipped with full of furnitures which my family needs: washing machine, fridge, stove, cookwares and utensils,... I find it really convenient because I need to wash my milk bottle’s son and wash his clothes and dry. I highly recommend this apartment for who goes for a trip with families that have babies. We are also allowed to use the swimming pool for kids and adults, library, playground for kids, gym, and the hall is extremely impressive.

The owner is nice (even the cleaning ladies are super nice to us). I rated customer service a 10/10. You have to pay to park your vehicle but even the bodyguard at the parking basement ask me how is Vung Tau and help me to get my motorbike out of the spot, how nice!!!

the hosts seems a little irritated upon our arrival but nevertheless she always answer all my questions to the fullest. I didn’t expect towels but anyway there was towels there. Except the fact that there was only one clean towel and since I book for 5 people, I thought if there were gonna be towels it would be 5. Anyway we brought our own so not a big problem. The room with the bunk beds don’t have an AC unit but for some reason the room wasn’t that hot

Everything was fantastic from the welcome. Spacious and clean, super excellent facilities. The AC works great, the wifi has high speed, mini kitchen, a washing machine, the view is gorgeous, everything that you need is exactly like in the pictures. The Building is modern, with a good vibe, and the pool from the top is amazing. Is a supermarket very close like a 5 min walk + the same for the beach. Very friendly and helpful staff, definitely come back again! Highly recommend.

Location is great close to the beach and large supermarket Lotte, as well as restaurants and local food establishments, few of them on premises. Great price for the value offered, nice amenities including roof top pool, easy stay when want to be in charge of your own trip, washer in the unit with detergent supplied. It is no luxury but great option for the stay in Vung Tau.

The towels supplied were of very low quality

Big, clean and comfortable room. Convenient —washing machine and detergent provided. We stayed on weekdays at bargain prices. Good location—short distance to the beach, a shopping center nearby.

You need to find own breakfast. Foods at small restaurants in the apartment compound are nothing to write home about. We found that a better option is to buy breakfast at the G25 convenience store in the compound.

Easy check-in - easy check-out. The construction is new, it's beautiful, it's clean. The apartment is nice. Perfect for our family of 4. Nice view of the city without too much opposite. The bedding was good. The apartment pleasant to live. Nice shower. The washing machine was a real real Plus !! LOTTE MART at 5 minutes by walk ! Easy to get a taxi or a Grab in front of the building

things have to be reviewed. The downside for us was housekeeping. it was obvious upon entering the room that the cleaning had been done in a prompt manner. Only a light sweep. Kitchen facilities are insufficient. The bath towels were tired. The elevators are exceptionally slow but that's not the fault of the host. There was a small infestation of ants and gnats when we arrived.

Fabulous room, smart tv, aircon stays on when you are out, 2 bedroom apartment for $30 AUD per night with washing machine and everything that works and jerks. Modern, clean, great value.

The lifts require a degree in rocket science to figure out and can get impossibly busy around check in time. Avoid this place on weekends like all Vietnamese hotels.

- hotel elevators extremely slow and inefficient - not enough elevators running and wait times could be upwards of 10min - parking garage exit fee inefficient and causes unnecessary delays
