The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the doormen, they always there greet you with a very big smile and offered to help with luggage. The cleaning staff always try to keep the place clean.

It is not about the hotel itself but some of the guests. There were 2 rooms on my floor had many people staying in one room. They were cooking, drinking and making noise at night during their stay and put the empty cans and seafood trash in the corridor, making it slippery and stink. In the daytime, they walked back from the pool in wet clothes leaving trails of water from the lift to their doors. I was very impressed with the cleaning staff who could get rid of the horrible smell after the guests were gone. I understand the hotel has a policy of not having strong smelly fruit and not cooking seafood in the apartments. These guests should be fined for not complying.

I usually find things wrong with hotels or apartments but this place was amazing. The staff were exceptional, the rooms were clean and cleaned every day, the buffet breakfast was to die for( stunning selection), we didn't use the pool so can't comment, but we saw alot of people going back and forth. English was spoken very well by most staff, even some of the cleaners racked up a conversation. Closer to lotte mart for convenience. The beach was only a stone throw away and the price was fantastic, $370 aud approx for 4 nights with 3 adults and 2 kids. We had the 2 bedroom apartment with kitchenette, dining table, 2 bathrooms, washing machine, small balcony if you smoke. Recommend this place 💯

This is my second time booking with DIC. The location suits what I need. Everything is what I expected. This is not overly luxury, the bed is comfortable, and clean. the room is spacious. Staff are friendly.

If there is some washing up liquid and sponge in the kitchen will be helpful. I saw a washing machine in the balcony but i don't know if it works. With long stay guests it will be very handy to be able to do their own washing. I am already booked my next stay in July and hope these minor things can be improved so we will have a better stay

The breakfast buffet wad great, plenty of choice. Rooms were clean.

Our 3 bedroom apartment was lacking maintenance. Wall. Paper coming off the wall. Washing machine didn't work( they replaced it), the lounge chair was sagging in the centre but they couldn't fix that problem, asked for more pillows and got 2 and 1 extra doona we got a doona cover(1).. The walkways and halls and lifts didn't have the A/C going but the hotel was full.We have been at DIC 3 times now.

The location was very good. While we enjoyed our stay there, we didn't see much of the staff, as we stayed in an apartment in the building and didn't interact much with staff, other than when we arrived at the hotel/apartment building. The breakfast was varied and very good. We enjoyed the variety of food available, especially the Vietnamese fare.

The DIC has all I need. Good food, comfortable bed, the AC are incredible, the workers are friendly and kind. I’d like to be back ASAP.

Pool is small.

The room was clean, the staffs were professional and friendly staffs. The location isn’t so far from the beach. No problems for us as we moved by car. Breakfast buffet was good.
