The staff is well-trained. They are excellent in providing all services. Phat is one of the best. Very professional and always ready to support us. The other door boy but I did not ask his name. the room is comfy and has nice view the staffs are very nice and friendly the swimming pool was great, very clean and has no smell of chlorine or bleach
i have two kids are crying when entering the pool because it was freezing cold and windy which may lead to hyperthermia. Even as an adult also felt the coldest like swimming in the refrigerator the elevator is pretty slow and only have two of them so every time I takes the elevator I need to wait around 5-10min/time

Everything is perfectly for a nice and comfortable stay in Vung Tau. The staff are helpful and nicely to us everything. You can reach the beach quickly and have some supermarket closed to the hotel.

The way to Block B (apartment) is a bit weird. We had to go through some small way in the back of the hotel.

The staff members are friendly and welcoming especially Phat. We never had to open the hotel door, and he was always helpful in getting taxis and answering questions. We truly appreciated it.

Breakfast was good - variety of choice excellent. Location wise a little far from the main town but present location is convenient as close to departmental store. Eating joints are within close walk.

We enjoyed our stay very much at this hotel. The food and pool was of high quality.
Since we visited during Vietnamese holidays, the breakfast was a bit too crowded, and we struggled to find a place to sit. But that only happened a couple of times.

The room booked was "superior twin room with city view". However, the room assigned could not be considered with "city view" when it was actually only a few meters opposite to another tower of the hotel. One can see the room in the opposite tower clearly when curtains are opened.
