Friendly, helpful staff. Accommodated our late arrival with two dogs. Nice breakfast overlooking the lake following a peaceful walk around the lake in the early morning. Comfortable and clean room. Would like to come back in the summer to try out the pool and have breakfast on the terrace

There was just a sheet and blanket on the bed so I was a bit cold initially. Discovered an extra blanket in the cupboard in the morning.

The location was excellent right on a lake. We did walk around it and it takes a full hour to do. Walked our breakfast off. The infinity pool is excellent!!!

The wooden decking needs replacing its old and broken up in places.

Regretably we could only stay overnight - the manageress was very welcoming and provided helpful advice for our trip into St Etienne. The hotel is well decorated with charm and the staff friendly and attentative.

Hotel in wonderful location with lovely walks around the lake. We had a very good dinner and the breakfast was excellent with lots of variety. Wish we could have stayed in the area longer.

The room was very quiet and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly. The room was very clean. The terrace was very beautiful and comfortable with plenty of shade provided against the strong sun. The views were spectacular.

The restaurant was closed on Mondays and Tuesdays so you would need transport in order to go elsewhere, as this hotel is a bit remote.

There are a number of different places in the property to enjoy the views and weather. The lunch/dinner is very creative and tasty, and the breakfast is abundant.

Can not fault it, it would be like picking at straws to do so.

Wonderful hotel in amazing setting. Warm welcome from friendly staff. Great food in beautiful restaurant. Great effort had been made to accommodate every need.

Rear-facing room was just big enough. We were offered a larger front facing room but with only a bath and not a shower.
