We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Provençal residence. Robert was incredibly kind and welcoming, providing us with excellent advice about the local area. The breakfast served in the garden was delightful.

The pool is reserved for just one room, but the pictures of our booked room included images of the pool. This left us somewhat disappointed as we were looking forward to a swim. Additionally, we would recommend using a dehumidifier in the room to eliminate the musty smell and providing a couple of extra towels.

The manager was nice

The time flexibility. Check-in could only take place between 5pm and 7pm. Bedroom checkout at 11am, but you have pleased to leave the domaine at this time. The picture of jaccuzzi but not included cause misunderstanding. Same for the swimming pool

The owner was very nice and welcoming. Very quite and lovely surroundings. Pity the garden was not well maintained.

The garden and jacuzzi area were not very clean and there was no outside lighting at all at night in the garden from the car park to our bedroom suite. Lack of facilities in the suite.

Arrived at the property and deposited our luggage into the assigned rooms. We discussed with the owner about some problems we noticed and were told that if we don't like they will reimburse us and we can move elsewhere. Being told this we went in the nearby town and found a decent accommodation at a local hotel. When came back and asking for a refund, owner's wife refused us and closed the phone(very unpolite and unprofessional). Location is in a isolated area on a private domain, outside cleaning could be better. No fridge in the chamber(we were told that we can store our beverage in a frigo elsewhere and ask for drinks when we need them). Rooms were not near the pool(the main reason we reserved and paid 1440 EUR for 2 rooms x 4 days each) and the pool could be used until 7 pm(the question "how often do you change the water" did not receive an answer). No A/C in the rooms, one of them smelled mold. No restaurants nearby(exception one presented as high-end with basic menu starting at 100 EUR/person) and no kitchen to make your onw food when needed. Overall, the rooms were ... politely speaking ... tres fatiguees and the owners very unprofessional. This is not a tourist destination it is just a masquerading as property with hungry owners.
