Have stayed here before and each time have enjoyed it. It's the staff that truly make this hotel great. Without exception they are all professional, helpful, happy. Both my safe and air con didn't work in my room so without hesitation, they changed my room and were very apologetic. The hotel has had a face lift to all areas and it has made it even better. The breakfast is plentiful with many options, all is very fresh and the lady looking after it all is very pleasant and engages with you. Thoroughly recommend any one staying here.

Unfortunately there are MAJOR road works going on outside and all around the hotel area making it a nightmare to get to. I would suggest checking with the hotel particularly if this is your first time visiting as they will be able to direct you to the best way in and parking.

Missing parking - there is a covered parking very close to the hôtel but you have to reach the hotel reception to get a card which allows you to mark the car at a flat rate of 16€ …

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The rooms are comfortable and offer great value for money. The hotel has a large outdoor and underground parking area, making it very convenient for guests with cars. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and efficient, making the check-in and check-out process smooth and enjoyable. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay, and I would recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Payment for the booking was reserved on my bank account on 26 Nov and again 1 Dec which was processed on 5 Dec. This means that the money on hold from 26 Nov has not been released yet. Can you please release that funds back into my account?

Aubagne is a lovely small perched town near the hills described by Marcel Pagnol. The views all around are the essence of Provence

The large wrap around terrace on the top floor and the modern rooms with good beds. Also the friendly staff.

The hotel is ideally located, there are bars and restaurants near by and the train station is a 5 min.walk.

Breakfast was expensive so we chose to not have it.

In the center, very good location, clean room, air conditioning, friendly staff, comfortable bed

Express breakfast was very poor, there were no napkins

Friendly staff, nice rooms, good breakfast with excellent fresh fruit salad, close to restaurants in town

Parking a few hundred yards away but safe. Price was higher than usual because of the Rugby World Cup (with a match in Marseille at that particular week-end).
