We arrived quite late so 24 hour reception was very helpful - the man on reception was brilliant and helpful when getting into the secure garage. It was a long Motorbike ride to the hotel that day so we were probably not really 'with it' when we arrived! Secure garage parking was ideal - the main reason we chose the hotel. The hotel is beautiful and decor lovely. The bed was comfy, room was spacious and warm. Bathroom was big and had a choice of shower/bath. Location was good for a walk into town. Wifi was good too.

A great location within very reasonable walking distance (15 mins) of the centre of Auxerre. Excellent on site parking accessed from the road behind the hotel, the staff were welcoming and helpful. A comfortable and clean room which was very satisfactory.

We had no real criticisms. We fully understand the rationale for automated drinks dispensers but the coffee dispensed at breakfast could never be near a cup of brewed French coffee!!!

English was spoken at reception. There were English language television channels. There were recycling bins. The hotel is on a busy road but our room was quiet. It was a good size and was comfortable. There were 16 under cover car parking places, 3 of them electric. The car parking is closed at night.

When we came to leave it took a long time for the lift to arrive and when it arrived it was so full of bags of linen that there was room for only one passenger.

We loved the look of the hotel and the location was excellent for walking into Auxerre. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. The shower was powerful. Breakfast was delicious.

I would have liked to have an overhead shower, rather than one you need to hold yourself. This was over the bath and you could stand up to shower but had to hold the shower above your head.

Really delivered as a 3 star hotel. Awesome location, very easy walking into town, safe location. Fantastic off street, garaged parking with great security (roller door locked at night), big car park spaces. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great outdoor seating areas (front and back) for patrons. Comfy rooms, with comfy bed, very clean. Bathroom basic (as you would expect), shower was very good pressure. No breakfast included but available for 13 Euros. Dog friendly.

Nothing to complain about

Good location and the secure parking was appreciated. The staff were very polite and helpful and we felt at home during our stay. It was a moderate walk into the town centre and we enjoyed our stay very much. Thank You!

Regarding the value of the accommodation we can't think of anything we would have expected beyond what was there.

Location great, for walking access into the old town. Garage parking space for our motorbike (extra charge, which we knew about in advance) - that’s the main reason we booked this Hotel. Friendly staff. Clean functional room, comfy bed and spacious bathroom. Great shower.

Nothing - it was fine for our overnight stay.

Our room was large with a comfortable bed. Double glazing and electric shutters meant it was quiet and dark. Shower was very good. Covered parking and Tesla chargers available for extra fee. A short walk into town.

No tea and coffee in room, also no water or water glasses provided, only very small paper cups.

Location is great for the old town with restaurants and bars as well as wonderful architecture. Comfy beds and nice bar where we had a drink before bed. Nice bathroom. High ceilings.

We did not get a reply re our request for parking and a twin room but we only booked on the day of arrival. Dark furniture in the room was a bit dated.

Very good location for sightseeing in Auxerre. The rooms on the garden side are very quiet and relaxing. Comfy beds. Good bathroom. The room was very clean. Good AC and tv. Very good breakfast for a 3 star hotel. Very good parking, unfortunately additionally paid. Great personnel.
