We liked our room, the breakfasts, the parking, and the pool. All staff were friendly and helpful, and moving around the hotel was easy. Good location, although we were glad we'd paid the extra for a room with a view of the ocean.

The door to our balcony was very tricky to open. There were two sliding doors. The main handle was brooken, so we had to open the other door, by a VERY SMALL silver button, which required strong and dexterous fngers to pull and turn - a process that had to be repeated if you wnated to lock the balcony door when you left the room.

We booked the family room which had a great terrace and a lovely view of the Mediterranean Sea and town. The breakfast each morning was adequate and we had one dinner which was really lovely. The parking was very easy and accessible due to number plate recognition. All the staff we met were very friendly and helpful.

The toilet (which was separate from the bathroom) was extremely small. The bathroom was also on the 'snug' size, but very clean. The tea and coffee making facility was fine, but I would have preferred milk for my tea rather than cream. I understand the French do not normally put milk in their tea, but English do. To compensate, I brought some milk to the room from the restaurant in a cup and kept it in the mini fridge. The indoor pool was too salty and I had difficulty swimming in it, the water stung my eyes. We tried the outdoor pool, but the water was too cold (I was under the impression it would have been heated slightly).

The room is very nice and large, with a nice balcony overlooking the sea. Very convenient parking. We really liked the Welcome kit for our dog! Fantastic queen bed.

I expected for a structure of this level, to be able to communicate without problems in English, but none of the staff (except for some of the reception) know any other language than French

Superb terrace for breakfast/dining/relaxing. Excellent and clean large pool. Large beds, efficient a/c. Safe parking. Despite being fully booked all parts of the hotel were not overcrowded. Very friendly efficient inconspicuous staff

The location was amazing and the views were great. Access to the spa area was open throughout the whole day until 21:00, so it was very convenient.

Surprisingly, most of the staff did not speak a single word of English, so beware in case you don't speak French

- toilet room appearance and equipment not acceptable for the alleged level of standing - paintings and coatings in poor state - extreme price fluctuations for the rooms - for peak season, high price fully de-correlated

Having read reviews here and on Trip Advisor I was concerned by reports this would be utilitarian and more like a hospital than a hotel. I can’t disagree more, everything felt fresh and comfortable and warm. I was blown away by the quality. This didn’t feel tired and dated at all.

We travelled with our three little girls and kept them very quiet and respectful, however I constantly felt the glares of other guests. The staff were very friendly, but the guests felt a little snooty.

The swimming pool was lovely. The kids really enjoyed the unrestricted swimming times. It was lovely and warm

The rules of bathing suits and the rules about the towels, all a bit unnecessary The room did not have a door for us parents to have privacy in the bedroom, the kids room had a door but ours didn’t. The room was not luxurious and was small

The space in the room was wide, which allowed us to let all our stuff ... We had two plants coming from a wedding. We wanted to keep them and nobody told us anything about that! Thank you.
