We loved our stay and would make this choice again for future trips. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable & clean with a beautiful view! The location was perfect too with an easy walk downhill into town or the shortcut down the stairs along the seawall.

Parking was tight and a bit inconvenient for making trips out by car. They are efficient with use of the space but often double parked. We’d hoped to explore the surrounding area but decided against it. We parked in the upper lot which was an easy walk for us but may not be for elderly guests or in inclement weather. Valet parking would likely be more efficient for the hotel and better overall for the guests.

Absolutely breathtaking view—the highlight of my stay. Overlooking the sea and the harbor, it’s simply stunning and makes the whole experience unforgettable. The restaurant was also excellent—great cuisine, beautifully presented dishes, and a lovely atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and welcoming, which added to the overall positive experience. The rooms were simple and comfortable—nothing remarkable, but functional and clean. Overall, a very pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend, especially for the views and the restaurant!

Lovely room with a fantastic view across the bay. The location of the hotel is simply magical and the ambience around the place is stylish, relaxing and friendly. Food and drinks were exceptional and although not cheap, the quality and service justified the prices . Finally, the staff. So friendly, helpful and professional. They made a wonderful short Break even better.

A pool Would have been nice but not essential as direct access to the sea. Bedroom had everything you wanted and attention to detail was fantastic. However, room a little On the small side for a stay of more than 2 Or 3 nights.

The location was amazing - wonderful views over the Mediterranean Sea and of Collioure across the bay. The restaurant staff were amazingly friendly, and were more than happy to suggest wines to accompany our food

We were disappointed in the restaurant's ability to manage an allergy (celiac disease). Despite clear communication about the need to avoid gluten-containing foods, the high-end on-site restaurant still served us food with gluten. Only an extra query from us resulted in an experienced waiter overhearing and raising a concern about one of the ingredients. It was caught in time, but there is definite room for improvement.

Beautifully designed hotel. The interior is calming, serene and of high quality with personally curated art work. Comfy bed. Nice furniture and a mini-bar. The restaurant Mama was lovely with an excellent wine list. Breakfast was also really delicious. The view is unsurpassed and we enjoyed our stay very much!

Staff was very nice, but a bit reserved. Like they were nervous to do mistakes.

The hotel is in the most beautiful location. It was spotlessly clean everywhere. The staff were really friendly and made us feel very welcome.. The breakfast was amazing with lots of really wholesome things... everything was plentiful and very fresh. The bed was very comfortable and it was lovely falling asleep at night to the sound of the sea

The coffee and tea making cups in the room were made of copper... you burned your fingers picking up the cup and then your lips trying to drink from it... it made us laugh actually.. The food in the restaurant was very nice but we couldnt have eaten our evening meal in the restaurant every night for a week fthrough lack of choice... it would benefit from a 'specials' board daily

Lovely views, stylish decor, attractive terraces and gardens. Excellent breakfasts with particularly good staff in attendance. Comfortable beds.

Not enough information given to guests, for example all the codes for doors and entrance (we got locked out), the wifi access and code, full explanation of how to park up the road, when the reception desk was open. You shouldn’t have to ask. Perhaps some detailed info in rooms? Parking is awful. Very difficult to find a place and manœuvre. Swimming only for the young and brave. Small room for the price.

Beautiful accommodation, stunning views and a quick walk down the hill to the town. Marion was a star on reception! She helped us with the parking challenges on arrival, dealt superbly with a disgruntled guest, managed our laundry requirements and was a joy to work with, she absolutely deserves a 10 as the standout staff member that made a difference to our stay!

Parking challenges, very poor wifi from room, dinner at the restaurant

The view/location is outstanding. Nicely decorated rooms. Rooms are soundproof, super quiet. Need to book a room with terrace. Located near downtown but not too close. Lots of restaurants nearby. Parking available. Roomservice excellent.

The rooms are tiny, no proper bathroom. Parking only for small or midsized cars possible. Hospitality of staff can be improved, bit cold and distanced.

First class breakfast with a “perfect” egg. Very comfortable bed with quality bedding Friendly and cheerful staff are an absolute joy. Fantastic views from the room and balcony. Exceptionally clean. Excellent restaurant - divine rhum baba. The menu is full of local ingredients and the wine list is exceptional. Good shower. This is a quality hotel and I really enjoyed my time here. They have high standards and they deliver it well.

The room I chose was a little small and could have benefited from having a comfortable chair or two to sit inside but I spent the evenings on the balcony enjoying the view of the sea so it didn’t matter that much. My next stay I will reserve a suite… Internet access wasn’t a great experience but I didn’t know they had Wi-Fi at all.
