we have been to this hotel before, the location is exceptional and the garden area is a little paradise in the middle of this beautiful but busy small town, the room location, size and facilities were really good, breakfast in the garden was a pleasure and the staff were very helpful, The hotel grounds are very secure and parking is available. This hotel is one of out favourites, a little oasis of happiness.

Mostly every thing was good however if I am to find some faults I would suggest that the mattress in our room was not as comfortable as the other hotels that we have stayed in on this trip and the air conditioning was pointing directly at the bed resulting in a choice of the room being too hot or a constant draught as you slept

Hotel in a beautiful old mansion with history, with a fairytale garden in the inner court. We really enjoyed the stay in this oasis of silence inmidst the busy Collioure historical town centre. Relaxing to start the day with a good breakfast under the magnolia tree. We appreciated the musical breakfasts in the garden, as we were lucky to be there during the International Piano Festival in Collioure.

The pool is relatively small (due to the location of the hotel) and not really for swimmers, yet nice for a splash on hot day. The parking slot can be a bit crowded during season.

The reception we received from the young man at the Hotel desk was charming and he couldn't have been more helpful. Brilliantly situated in the centre of this beautiful coastal town. The hotel itself is older and uniquely furnished with a wonderful courtyard/garden which has plenty of places to sit and relax. The rooms and the breakfast were excellent. Would highly recommend.

Nothing. As the town is so popular parking can be limited so its worth ringing first to book it where possible. I would say avoid the river parking option if you have a larger car due to access road size and that it is used by cars both ways with limited passing places.

We loved everything about this hotel: its central location with private parking; the feeling of being in an oasis; the lovely room overlooking the garden area; and the beautiful pool. Special mention also to concierge Rose who went out of her way to help us buy a beautiful bunch of flowers the day before a national holiday. We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel, instead opting for a simpler but perfectly acceptable petit déj in the café nearest to the hotel entrance.

The location was close to restaurants, shopping and exploring. A charming hotel with a lovely garden to stroll or relax, it offered a friendly and inviting stay. The included breakfast was exceptional. We enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful and offered great service.

The stairs to the room. Three floors. I hurt my foot and it became a problem to lug up luggage. The decorations in the room could have been better as compared to others we stayed in our 30 day trip.

Staying in this historic mansion just steps from the sea was a truly special experience. Our room faced a stunning garden, making it incredibly quiet and restful — we slept wonderfully every night. Despite being right in the center of Collioure, the atmosphere was calm and serene. Breakfast under the large magnolia tree in the garden was an absolute highlight — peaceful, beautiful, and unforgettable.

Location. Good parking/(slow but free) charging for electric car. Breakfast staff pleasant. Breakfast was good. Rather elderly clientele meant very little noise disturbance. Double glazing meant we even slept through arrival of market in the square.

Room a little cramped and terrasse minuscule. « Heritage » furnishings not to high standard. Pool area crowded when we wanted to use.

Central location with beautiful garden and very quiet. Beautiful old house with original features. Excellent breakfast with local produce and wide choice. Very comfortable bed. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. Very convenient car park! The heated swimming pool is fantastic. A huge plus is that small dogs are welcome and access to the outside is very convenient for walks.

I really like this hotel, it is comfortable, relaxed, quiet, with excellent breakfasts. Lovely staff, it has something of the atmosphere of a family home.

There is nothing I don't like about this hotel. Parking is a big issue in Collouire, this hotel has its own carpark, it is a bit tricky to find the first time. It is quite possible to get to it by train, it is a 10 minute walk only.

We love this place . The historic house and gardens are stunningly beautiful and we enjoy the fact that the hotel has a pool . The Casa team are so welcoming, friendly and nothing is too much trouble x

Nothing at all . One pointer:- The prices have gone up and the hotel is a higher rate than most. We asked about the rate being matched to booking.com but the amount was declined
