Charming hotel with lots of character; great pool and very good breakfast.

One of my party’s room was very musty smelling such that it caused an asthmatic reaction when checking in. Guillaume (owner?) chastised the person when suggesting the room did not smell good. Another of the staff, at breakfast yelled at another of my party for pouring her coffee into an insulated container. These incidents were unacceptable treatment of those in my party and make me seriously consider whether I will ever book another group into des Pins. Unfortunate as I enjoy staying there

Charming hotel walkable to Bedoin village. Excellent breakfast and very good restaurant serving local produce every evening, and lunchtime at weekends. We ate here twice as the quality and presentation was so good, and there is a a lovely terrace outside. Staff were friendly, helpful and work very hard, especially in the restaurant. Good choice of local wines and great recommendations. Comfortable room, exceptionally clean. Hotel well suited for cyclists.

Shower head fixed at an odd angle which made showering slightly challenging.

Junior suite was spacious and staff were welcoming. Late checkout appreciated post Mont Ventoux ride. Restaurant onsite very convenient.

Our bathroom was on another level which was fine but would be tricky with mobility issues. Some rooms have them on the same level. Hotel grounds looked a bit neglected.

The bedroom, pool and evening meals were great. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I found the location quite awkward as I didn't have a car. It is a long walk from town.

Great location close to vineyards and mt Ventoux, lots of bicycle routes nearby, Bédoin village within 15-20 min walk. We enjoyed the villa itself and our suite room, on-site restaurant, apéro area and the swimming pool. Great value for money.

We stayed here before cycling up Mount Ventoux the next day. The hotel was very accommodating and has a very relaxed atmosphere. It’s a 15 minute walk from Bédoin, we ate in the restaurant in the evening which was excellent.

Some rooms had showers over a bath rather than a separate shower

Good food. Comfortable. Nice setting.

Long wait for dessert even though we were second table to start our meal and other tables after us had gotten theirs. Long wait again after enquiring.

The location on the edge of Bedoin made this an excellent base for cycling trips. The breakfast was convenient and offered a variety of foods for a good start to the day. The rooms were quiet at night. The restaurant was a pleasant surprise.
