Spotlessly clean, extra pillows in the bedrooms and comfortable beds. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

The breakfast is disappointing. This isn’t the first time that breakfast has been underwhelming. It’s described as a continental breakfast which is fine, but there isn’t much food out and available and it isn’t topped up frequently enough. The variety is very limited, for example no fruit yoghurts. Again, not enough baguette available - a breakfast staple in France, surely! There were inly 2 pieces and no more was provided. Only 4 small slices of ham and a couple of other types of charcuterie. There were 6 people in breakfast at the time. Very poor.

The hotel was pleasant, basic, modern and quiet. Our room had a comfortable bed and good lighting. The information provided was in French and English. English was spoken at reception but there was no English language television. The hotel is just off the main road with a restaurant next door.

We missed the turn into the hotel first because it was raining and the lighting wasn't very good. We actually saw the sign for the restaurant next door as it had a good sign whereas the hotel one was less prominent.

We were looking for a convenient stopover on our way back from the south. The reviews of this hotel were encouraging so we decided to opt for it. The hotel was delightfully decorated with convenient parking and polite and helpful staff. There was a bar available. The room was spacious and comfortable. The adjacent restaurant was terrific: an interesting and reasonably priced menu and pleasant staff on hand. We had not visited Bernay before but it is a lovely little town. We will certainly be back and stay at this hotel again.

This hotel met every expectation and was exactly as described to very happy with the stay and would definitely recommend again to anyone needing to stay in the area.

I requested a bath which they said they could accommodate but in reality they only had rooms with showers, not a deal breaker though.

The hotel is ideally situated for an overnight stay when returning to Calais from the South. It is very comfortable and the staff are exceptionally welcoming. Breakfast is available from 6am which is perfect when you need to make an early start and is excellent. There is a very good restaurant a few steps away from the hotel as well.

There is nothing about the property to dislike, unfortunately there were some noisy guests who returned to their room very late and disturbed people in the rooms below. But this was not the fault of the hotel.

Able to eat our own food in the evening at a table in reception, use of the gym equipment, table tennis and table football all free and good fun.Great location for motorway back to Calais or down to the south west of France.

Stop advertising swimming pool it went years ago! wish it hadn't.

Parking outside window was good for security but in busier times not so good. The hotel was nearly empty during our stay and very quiet. Very good restaurant next door.

No hot drink making facilities in room. There were hot water machines in reception but no coffee or tea supplies, plus entry to room corridor was a sprung door making carrying two cups of hot water a problem. Breakfast was self service no one around and a bit expensive.

The hotel was just outside the town on a main road very useful for the motorway but also very quiet. There is no restaurant but there is an excellent restaurant which shares its car park with the hotel. The room was very clean and quiet with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast is offered from 6am which is very useful when travelling and aiming for an early channel crossing. There was a wide range of choices catering for all tastes.

There was nothing which needed improving.

Comfortable rooms , fantastic location. Parking is important to us as we travelled with a large vehicle with trailer and it was safe and easy to access and park. The welcome was warm and the bar very comfortable. Didn't use the Restaurant for Dinner or Breakfast.

the Check out took ages . It took a long time to produce a formal invoice. This wasn't helpful as we wanted to get on the road.

Lovely place to stay for a couple of nights. Very clean, a small bar and ability to hire electric bikes too. Restaurant next door is good value and did a lovely steak cooked over charcoal fire. You have to settle up with them as no facility to link to your room.
