The location is ideal with the metro stop just outside the hotel. Nice clean hotel, decent breakfast

Would have scored as exceptional but our room had no power supply on check-in. We were assured an engineer was coming to fix it when we left the hotel for the day. Upon return in the evening there was still no power supply. We asked to be moved to another room but were informed the hotel was full. Eventually one of the ladies on reception accompanied us upstairs armed with a bread knife to open the cupboard outside the room and fixed the switch that had tripped. It worked! However just as we were leaving the hotel the next morning to check out we noticed there was no power supply again.

The location is right in front of the tram station (which is a safe choice). Facilities are new and Clean. Breakfast is good and bakeries are always fresh. A nice small area for the kids, my baby liked it. The staff is polite and Dominique was so helpful and kind. Nice overall experience and value for money, i can reserve again.

I enjoyed the variety of breakfast options. You could choose from scrambled eggs with bacon, muesli with yogurt, fruits, ham and cheese, or bread with jam. Something for everybody.

It wasn't terrible, but I missed having a wardrobe for my clothes. I wished they didn't have to hang under the shelf, a freezer for cold beverages, and perhaps a little extra space. The pillows were too soft and didn't support the neck during the sleep.

The lay back atmosphere,quiet and peaceful area.

The cleaning lady has to be asked for clean towels for soap for toilet paper and clean bed sheets.We stayed for 7 nights and we didn't have a change of bed sheets.

Close to tramline which links it to Paris metro and train line. Breakfast was included. Room was cleaned everyday

I booked twin room by accident instead of double room and then had to pay extra to have it changed even though the room was the same.

Air-cons in the rooms could have been a bit colder

Mostly everything was perfect except the faulty alarm that went on in the middle of the night

Fault Alarm went on at 04:00! It was not good at all.

Friendly staff, very clean, functional and quiet. Liked that windows opened and all sockets and lights worked. Great shower.
