Great staff. All around you all the time to ensure every single items at breakfast or for your stay is there. Ultra clean, importance to details (Hogh quality coffees from all sort of beans, fresh ingredients with local Organic products inclusing veggie, breads and cheese/meats). Fresh juices (not powder) grapefruits, Oranges, lemon.... Very quiet and green area, open swimming pool, next to small artisans who build local glasses, close to restaurants and a very good one (Michelin) also close to bakery at 50 m.... Nothing to say except please keep on the good work. We were eating and could hear many French customers praising the quality when leaving. Bravo , multumesc / merci. One point to improve : cushions are too thin. Maybe could be a thicker and a normal one at disposal so to avoid neck or back pain when staying more than one night. Bed very confortable. Bathrooms could have a mechanical moisture extractor in the bathroom.

An absolutely wonderful stay! The breakfast was delicious — fresh, varied, and beautifully served. The entire property is spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. With only a few rooms, it truly feels like a boutique hotel. The gated grounds and convenient parking add to the sense of comfort and privacy. There’s a large, very clean pool and a spacious green area where kids can run around safely — perfect for families. We travel often and have stayed both in top-tier luxury hotels and, like this time, in simpler places for a quick overnight stop — and we can confidently say this hotel stands out. It could easily be priced much higher. The level of comfort, cleanliness, and warm hospitality is truly exceptional. The staff went above and beyond, helping us even with things that most premium hotels would decline. We give this place our highest recommendation — a hidden gem worth discovering.

The rooms lovely quiet location

No staff after 8pm to be able to have a bar service also when arriving late you have to self check in, everywhere around closed at 10pm so no food available I think should advise of this we didn’t know there was a gym or sauna until after we left. Breakfast items not replenished if you were later for breakfast . Our friends room had a stained mattress !

Lovely breakfast and helpful staff. Room was spotlessly clean, bed was comfortable. We walked down the hill after dinner at Biot, but got taxis for the journey up! Biot is lovely and we were there just after the school holidays so it wasn't too busy. The weather wasn't good for swimming, but the pool looked nice.

Photos had led us to expect a view. Our room had no view at all except our own small courtyard and was a bit dark. There is a lovely view of Biot up on the hill and perhaps the pool from some rooms so if you want a view, be sure to check with the property before you commit!

We had a lovely time. The hotel is located in beautiful landscape of Biot! It is a small boutique hotel with a family like atmosphere. Very clean and comfortable/spacious rooms. The breakfast was very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions or requests! Can highly recommend it!

I wish the hotel had a restaurant to order food or drinks in the evening. They only serve breakfast and lunch.

Value for money. Calm atmosphere, beautiful property, perfect pool, enough sun beds, very nice room and helpful staff. If you have a car its a short drive to Antibes. Its also a short walk to beautiful Biot. The breakfast was also very good with many choices. We also liked the coffee machine. Nice room with a view on the old town of Biot and its own balcony/terrasse to sit outside. I found everything in a high level of perfection - the room was like new and super-clean, everything worked, bed excellent, and a very luxury shower. Speedy free WLAN with easy access. Excellent breakfast, fresh foods throughout in "bio" quality and homemade rsp. from regional suppliers. Quite a difference to the many anonymous chain hotels. Very close to the beautiful city center (15 mins walk, uphill).

Exit from the hotel to the street is a bit challenging (high speed through traffic, limited visibility) both with the car but also for pedestrians (limited walkways on the way to the city center). In the evening there were no open restaurants in the closer surroundings of the hotel - you need to go the city center where I found excellent restaurants.

The rooms are modern, stylish, clean and fresh with all amenities required and an outdoor seating area. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful and the pool area is lovely. The buffet breakfast was FANTASTIC!! The staff were lovely and very helpful. There was bar and food service available throughout the day.

Ideally the television would have some English speaking channels.

Location sick! Staff friendly. Breakfast on point. Room view was unbelievable, the room onlooking the pool. Car parking spaces no issues. TV had English channels BBC etc Secure entry and great communication from the team for late arrival. Would recommend 100%.

We decided to stay at this hotel as a stopover. It was such a pleasant surprise. We arrived around 11pm (past the check in time) with clear instructions on how to access our room, but it didn't matter because we were greeted by a staff member waiting for us. The rooms are nice, and absolutely loved their curated soap and shampoo. Breakfast was excellent filled with fresh ingredients. We even squeeze in a steam room session before we continued on our way.
