- We weren't aware of building works prior to booking. Booking.com should be including this in the description - Building works meant that the hotel wasn't serving food throughout the day and had to turn the water off for a couple of hours - While building works are taking place the price should be discounted

Happr bright hotel right on the beach . Breakfast was adequate . Good u can boil your own eggs . Can eat inside or outside which is lovely . Room included sunloungers . Location good as close to promenade along the beach scarfs and a few shops .also walk to supermarket . Pool looked good . Evelyn on reception was wonderful.

Smell in kitchen cupboard area . ( wall next to toilet). WiFi intermittent in room but good in lobby . Not many shops that we could walk to . Out of the marina area I think it’s quite run down .

The pool and bar area was lovely!

The area the hotel was in was quite quiet, however, we used ‘Bolt’ to get to Antibes and the journey took about 10-15 minutes and cost less than 10euro. This type of hotel is not available in Antibes so if you want a pool and easy access to the beach it is definitely worth it.

The hotel is well situated near the beach. The breakfast is delicious, served at the pool restaurant with amazing views of the sea and the coast. The family room is on the first floor with partial sea view, I'd say predominantly pool terrace view which didn't particularly bother us and the noise in the evening was tolerable. The staff in the restaurant and at the reception are very professional and pleasant to deal with. Altogether, a nice hotel for a family vacation, well positioned if you want to explore the French Riviera.

The hotel rooms would benefit from the refurbishment. There were marks on the walls and broken tiles on the balcony. The train station is 15-20 min walk on a quite busy street, so we preferred using Uber to get around. For a daily trip to Monaco, we'd definitely recommend renting a car, it's well worth compared to the train trip because you can park in the garage near the Palace and Oceanografic Museum for a resonable price and walk around plus before leaving you can do a slow Monaco circuit on your own!

The room was very clean and spacious. It was sited well within the hotel. We had the use of the car park next door free of charge and a fridge in the room and as a diabetic this was essential. We stayed at two other hotels in S of France which had no car park and no voucher system with a nearby car park and no fridge in the room so we reduced our rating from 9 to 3.

We loved the location and the layout of the pool and restaurant area with amazing views of the sea, and the friendly scale of this hotel The breakfast was delicious, fresh, and varied - our nine-year old son declared it the best ever And the staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful, really making our stay perfect.

Helpful and friendly staff, beautiful terrace and location on the beach, comfortable beds and close proximity to restaurants.

Room had a street view and was terribly noisy, especially late at night with moving wheelie bins, deliveries etc. Toilet extremely small. Terrace Breakfast view beautiful but expensive at 19 Euros PP, especially as not all items available.

Great location on a very nice beach, close to marina and restaurants, very friendly and helpful staff, nice pool and terrace area with plenty of sun lounges, good sized room and we enjoyed the great view of the beach from our balcony. Away from the hustle and bustle of Nice.

Decor of the rooms was a bit dated, as well as the general areas (eg. carpet in hallways), breakfast buffet was just OK.

Great little hotel. Lovely reception & roof terrace with beautiful views of the sea. Staff were so friendly & helpful. I recommend this hotel. Its a great base to explore the south of France.

The only negative is it was €55 euros to get to the centre of Nice in a Taxi. We had a car so wasn’t to bad but bare this in mind if your relying on taxis.
