The hotel staff was really friendly and helpful, which makes the difference in a hotel of this rank. The room was comfortable and quiet, right on the seaside alley. We were in one of the smaller rooms, comparatively speaking, but it still had a great view out the window!

In retrospect, we should've booked a room with a balcony. I'd recommend you do that! Not really an issue with the hotel, it's completely on us!

The main hotel building is located on the front line. But some rooms are in the second building with three floors and NO elevator. That was OK for use but can be considered individually. The room in the second building has a limited sea view. But it was generally clean and OK if staying for 1-2 nights and spending the day outside.

There was a line at reception to check in when we arrived because of just one person stuff. Definitely, they need some help at typical check-in hot hours. When we asked for a parking space, we got a negative reply that they are fully booked. But there were 3-4 free spaces that stayed free for the whole of our stay.

Cleanness, bed size, room amenities, sea view, bathroom size, food in the restaurant, location next to the promenade so you can go for a walk or swim easily, lots of restaurants nearby

Some things were broken in the bathroom, the room keys got demagnetized twice so we couldn't get in, the fact that the deposit is charged on a credit card instead of cash so it took a month to get it back.

Location is excellent. Staff generally friendly, helpful and professional. But see below.

On one occasion in the restaurant (where I had lunch) there was a manager on duty who was really rude. She argued with me, told me I was wrong. In short, no concept of customer service. She lets she hotel down. The rest of the staff are wonderful.

Location is perfect, Restaurant is nice, coffee machine is cool, small fridge realy helpfull .

The inside of the bathroom can be seen from the apartments opposite, Also Shower is not comfortable, the floor is flat, thats why water leeking inside the bathroom.. Shoul put more handle raack for bath stufs .

Room was very nice and clean, view was great.

Not a lot of parking and roads behind hotel were narrow and difficult to manoeuvre. Advertised on website there was laundry facilities but when I asked they advised there was not so I would have to go to a laundromat. Breakfast buffet was overpriced and disappointing selection.

I liked the room and lovely ocean views. The bed was ok but i found the pillows were not that comfortable.

The pillows could be more firm for a good nights sleep.

After an owful start with a very unwelcoming recepionist, lucky for me, the manager stood up and handled my problem, helped alot, I stayed 3 extra nights, and got the room I was expacting, In the building I was expecting. Resturant is amazing

A frustrated recepcionist can easily spoil you mood, unlucky for me, I found one in this hotel

Location was excellent - within walking distance to some great coffee shops and restaurants. We had ocean view room so waking up looking at the beautiful sea was a delight. The outdoor patio area is one one the nicest spot along the promenade.

Rooms and the balcony are very small.
