We liked the balcony, where we could sit out and have a drink, plus dry our swimmers. Being directly opposite the beach was nice, bang centre to the moon across the sea. Staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. Nice place, shower was superb, AC in the room was a winner, being on the top floor, where we could look out was the highlight. Location was nice, plus the doors are soundproofed from the balcony so it was quiet during the night.

As we chose to go off-season, they didn't have the restaurant or bar open, it was being refurbished and probably the building works have over run. Saying that, it didn't really matter as nice to visit different bars and places for breakfast. Theres loads of other bars around, including Copenhagen - thats a lovely cafe with super nice coffee - turn left out of the hotel, 5 mins up the road. Busy road, lots of traffic. Peddle/stone beach, but theres a sand one thats at least a 30 min walk to the right, when walking out of the door.

Fantastic view and location, very clean, comfortable, and spacious. Would specifically book room 37 again. Hotel and grounds were lovingly landscaped (butterflies and flowers). The whole town area is undergoing natural regeneration of its waterways and parks. Staff very busy, but professional and helpful. Cagnes sur Mer is a great location to travel out to Antibes, Nice, St Paul de Vence, and Grasse, all conveniently via train and bus routes. It's also a super-chilled area to relax: walk, swim, dine, and shop. Great markets near St Pierre Chapel.

Fascilities - the rooftop restaurant/bar was closed, and there were lobby refurbishments at the time. This is a shame, as the rooftop bar/dining is a big selling point, but the hotel listing was clear about the period when it would be closed.

Locationa absolultly perfect! We could stay on our balcony and watch the waves, we could jump from the hotel directly into the water! It is at 15 minutes walk from train station (walking) and at 15 minutes train ride from the airport.

No soft slippers from the hotel (at 4* I think it's a must!), we ran out of hot water at the bath in one night, after going down to the receptionisti, they solved it after aprox. 45 min. No smart tv, another thing that they could change, because Netflix it s a must after a very hot day. Also, they could do better when they clean up.

The hotel staff was really friendly and helpful, which makes the difference in a hotel of this rank. The room was comfortable and quiet, right on the seaside alley. We were in one of the smaller rooms, comparatively speaking, but it still had a great view out the window!

In retrospect, we should've booked a room with a balcony. I'd recommend you do that! Not really an issue with the hotel, it's completely on us!

Cleanness, bed size, room amenities, sea view, bathroom size, food in the restaurant, location next to the promenade so you can go for a walk or swim easily, lots of restaurants nearby

Some things were broken in the bathroom, the room keys got demagnetized twice so we couldn't get in, the fact that the deposit is charged on a credit card instead of cash so it took a month to get it back.

Location is excellent. Staff generally friendly, helpful and professional. But see below.

On one occasion in the restaurant (where I had lunch) there was a manager on duty who was really rude. She argued with me, told me I was wrong. In short, no concept of customer service. She lets she hotel down. The rest of the staff are wonderful.

Great location.the staff were very helpful.with My Early check in.my room was ready for a 9 Am check in instead of 3pm.could not fault this hotel even down to the nice lady in the bistro sorting our Early morning coffees.would definitely recommend and will be staying in the near future

The main hotel building is located on the front line. But some rooms are in the second building with three floors and NO elevator. That was OK for use but can be considered individually. The room in the second building has a limited sea view. But it was generally clean and OK if staying for 1-2 nights and spending the day outside.

There was a line at reception to check in when we arrived because of just one person stuff. Definitely, they need some help at typical check-in hot hours. When we asked for a parking space, we got a negative reply that they are fully booked. But there were 3-4 free spaces that stayed free for the whole of our stay.

Location is perfect, Restaurant is nice, coffee machine is cool, small fridge realy helpfull .

The inside of the bathroom can be seen from the apartments opposite, Also Shower is not comfortable, the floor is flat, thats why water leeking inside the bathroom.. Shoul put more handle raack for bath stufs .

The location is fantastic: you can be on the beach in three minutes. You can swim at any time - whether at 7am or 10pm - it's just perfect. The friendliness of the staff deserves special mention: Mademoiselle Sonia and Monsieur Pascal made our holiday a special experience. Thank you very much!
