The stuff was friendly. The Appartement is even though not big but well organised. The AC works really good and easy to operate. There was a nice balcony. Good kitchen. The parking is free and well planned, always possible to find a space. The pool is really good and chases are nice and enough. Sea beach is very close and quite nice, not crowded, pebbles are mixed with some sand areas, so it‘s okay to swim without shoes.

The location is a little far away from tourist activities, there‘s some restaurants, but the beach is wild and no cafes in area. Too far to supermarket by foot. So either you need to come by car or to rent it (as I decided after a day). Regarding the apartment, there is strange situation with consumables: we were given 1 toilet paper, 2 minuscule bars of soap, for six people for week. When asked for more, we were told it‘s up to us to buy everything. It‘s just stupid that such elementary things are not provided and I should bother to buy toilet paper and soap.

Short walk to the beach. Very big shoppingcenter 1 km away CAP 3000. Two tenniscourts with no fee. Just book your time. Free parking garage under the hotel. Air condition. Dishwasher.

The parking spots are very small in the garage It was dropping water from the aircondition. It was hard to find a supermarket with the car, lot of trafic. There is only a small grossery store at walking distance. There is a Intermarche with parking up the hill about 1 km away. The hotel is a older building an partly renovated.

The apartments were clean, and everything was as expected. We stayed in room 125, which had a really big corner balcony. Our room was ready earlier than the check-in time, so we were allowed to check in several hours early. The staff was very helpful at all times: when we requested a cut board, they provided it immediately. After we reported an issue with the air conditioner in our room, it was resolved the same day (they provided us with a portable AC the same day as a workaround). Many thanks to Silvia and another young lady working at the reception (a pretty girl who gave me some advice on the windshield stickers required on the car and who willingly printed a small document for me when I asked for advice about the copy center nearby). You are amazing and make us want to come back to this place again!

The hotel may need some renovation. But for the current price it's good.

Perfect location , specially for family with kids

I think the only - for this property would be the smell . I am not sure if they gave us a room for smokers or if you can smoke in the location , anyway when we got in the room there was an intense smell of cigarettes . So the cleaning can definitely be improved.

Air conditioning and internet worked well. Generally room is very spacious. Good spot for the price. Liked the beach right in front of the hotel.

The furniture is a bit dated. The hotel does not control who enters their pool and how they behave, so I would not recommend the pool. And there is no lifeguard. Generally some things ang guests are shady and weird, but still within my comfort zone.

Some reviews let's say a bit indifferent. I can't say anything negative. Apartment was clean, couple of rough edges but nothing major at all. Location is across road from the beach. Good c restaurants. Most left out of the beach exit. Some down to the right and better value. Good size pool, tennis and table tennis courts to keep kids entertained.

During check in. Communication was bad. We informed them by email, calls and via booking.com that we were going to be late. We did not received any codes for the parking entrance. Other residents helped us. We Had to call a number thats been hidden in de emails. Eventually was ok.

Everything was as expected. Reading the reviews we knew in advance that it's not the newest hotel, but it was clean and had everything we needed in the apartment. Staff is friendly and helpful. You should ask for the entry PIN a day or two in advance of your arrival to enter the complex because they change it frequently and the reception is not open all day.

Great location close to the airport and mall. Some little bars around. Cool beach in walking distance. Safe and covered parking. Highly recommend.I was there 3-rd time and will come back. Good value and place

The distance to walk every day from the elevator to the room is quite long but otherwise nothing to complain.

The environment is excellent for families with sports facilities like table tennis, lawn tennis and swimming. Close to the marina as well as easy access to public transport. The beds were comfortable as well. CAP3000 shopping mall is a 20mins walk, with pleasant view of the airport runway.
