This is a really nice cozy boutique hotel in the area, a 10-15min walk away from the Juan-Les-Pins center. The rooms are very comfortable and beautiful and still chic. I found the sleep quality to be very nice, although the pillows were a tad peculiar. The staff is extremely nice, going out of their way to accommodate guests and giving everyone a very warm welcome. The breakfast is very nice, a good choice of pastries, cheese and charcuterie, variations of eggs, juices, coffee. Definitely a very relaxing and a pleasant stay, highly recommended for people who enjoy comfort and wonderful views.

Whilst the check-in process had a nice intro to the surrounding area and things to do, it might have been a good idea to mention that Saramartel area is a gated community, where you can be stuck behind closed off streets struggling to find a way out (Google Maps does not lead you the correct way) if you are walking back from Antibes old town area. One thing to take into account that there is no restaurant in this hotel, they do offer some room service like pizza and soup, but if you end up going during unpleasant weather, then main option is ordering in or braving the weather to get to downtown or somewhere else.

Beautiful hotel in very quiet part of town. Easy walking distance to nearest beach in one direction and, in a different direction, a similar distance to the edge of the town centre. Arriving at about 2200, our welcome could not have been more helpful and friendly. These attitudes were displayed by all the staff throughout our all too short stay. Drinks and bar snacks were available at that late hour; indeed, the hotel has food and drink available on a 24 hr basis. Breakfast is superb. The hotel grounds and pool area are immaculately kept. Truly a boutique hotel, nice room with balcony and sea view. Excellent pool area and gounds, staff also. No kids or family groups while we were there. This was March off-season, summer may be different. Can't fault the area, although the food's pricey and often just average.

This is not a place for those who can't or don't like to walk distances. It's remote, a mile or so from Juan Les Pins and at least two from Antibes, and it involves a lot of up-and-down. The hotel doesn't really do food, they have a couple of tapas and pizzas, but you have to go elsewhere to eat. The breakfast at 22 euros is really not very good, we went once and never again.

The Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We arrived very late at night and the lady on the front desk was able to prepare some food & drink for us. The staff provided us with maps and lots of advice on things to do and places to eat. The Hotel & our room was very clean and well maintained. The Hotel is also in a nice location between Antibes and Juan les Pins.

We did not stay here are room was small and not very nice so we checked out and switched to their sister (and new) hotel in old antibes which was great!

No one helped with our luggage up the stairs to hotel. Lobby and pool area were not very nice and room and bathroom were tiny more 2 star than 4 star. The staff was super accommodating moving us to their sister hotel which was much nicer at about same cost. While close to nice beaches the neighborhood was not beautiful like the Cap area. Our supposed sea view room was a joke- peek a boo sea view far away!

Lovely hotel …..the pool area is beautiful….a place to relax and the staff exceptionally polite and helpful…. I was staying with a friend who is not able to walk very far, consequently had to use taxis every day…sometimes twice in a day which proved to be rather expensive, so perhaps the hotel was not ideally situated for my friend.

A little too far away from restaurants etc

Tre bien!:) The location of the hotel is quite convenient, 10 mins walk from Gare de Juan-les-pin. Sandrine gave us a really warm welcome and even upgraded our room. It is tidy clean and really chill. Everything is perfect. All the staff are really really sweet and friendly. Btw the perfume of the hotel ia quite nice, love it!

The dining area sometimes is quite demanding, but this can be sovled. Instead, so sorry for the trouble we kinda brought, the staff was beimg really patient and helpful.

It was raining on the night we arrived so we didn’t want to walk down to one of the local restaurants. The management accommodated us at the last minute with a light but delicious dinner in the bar area. The breakfast was wonderful ! Staff were very friendly and happy. The pool was inviting and there was also a lovely garden area. The room was very comfortable with lots of amenities including an umbrella! The recently renovated bathroom was designer quality.,

Couldn’t find anything that was not to our liking.,

The hotel is delightful. Its location is perfect, in a quiet leafy residential area, but just a short walk into Juan Les Pins, and with parking. The decor is fresh, tasteful and quirky. The staff are all very welcoming and accommodating. The room was immaculate and bed very comfortable. The hotel pool area is great, with a lovely staffed area for drinks and snacks.

Nothing! (But we would have preferred a non-zipped mattress)

Hotel is a lovely location- quiet street but a very short walk to beach and restaurants etc . Such a gorgeous hotel - beautiful decor and outdoor areas. A really interesting boutique style hotel.

Hard to find fault other than to say I would have been happy to have the option of dining in the evening. But restaurants were not far from the location
