We stayed at this incredible gem of a place right on Rue de France, one block north from the iconic Cote d’Azure Promenade Des Anglais, only 7 mins walk to the train station, and close to multiple fantastic Boulangeries and patisseries, incredible and diverse restaurants (French, Italian, Thai, Indian, Vietnamese, Persian, Turkish, Lebanese, Tunisian,) and ice cream shops all within minutes of walking distance! The Carrefour market was literally right across the hotel! Laundry mat was one block north. What made our stay memorable was our phenomenal, comfortable, clean, quiet, and modern rooms with incredible balcony views and one of a kind hospitable, friendly, warm staff and superior service! The lobby was decorated in elegant pastels with super comfortable and inviting coaches, chaise, and chairs. Old Town was only a 20 min walk. We chose not to stay in Old Town or the high end areas of Le Carre d’Or to avoid the crowds, noise, and super tourist areas, but we were close enough to all attractions and shopping! We loved the place so much that we decided to extend our stay and explore the French Riviera while keeping this place as our base. We recommend day trips to Saint Paul de Vence, Cannes, and Monaco. Try Le Caveau 30 for dinner in Cannes. La Villa Hotel was our home away from home! Eight peaceful, restful, and relaxing days! We miss the place and staff already!

Very close to the beach, supermarket just across the street, professional Staff, private parking (comfortable if you travel by car)

The rooms are quite small and not very ergonomic, the pillows needs to be changed asap - we did not have a good sleep. The sink in the bathroom ( room 12 ) was not working good. Next time I would rather choose to stay closest to the old city center where the movida is.

We returned from Nice yesterday after staying at the La Villa, it’s not a large hotel, aprox 100 yds from the promenade and a pleasant 15 min walk from the old town and Place de Messena. Our room was a good size, beds and pillows very comfy, gorgeous bathrooms with rainfall shower. Toiletries were high quality .the whole place is spotlessly clean, staff were very helpful and and always greeted us. The lady at breakfast especially. Breakfast consisted of really fresh produce, breads, fruits, cheeses and meats, flans, pastries, coffee machine, fruit juice, yoghurts, toaster, cereals and a small selection of hoot foods. All delicious. There is a small courtyard with seating and a few parking spaces, supermarket opposite. Would definately return, highly rate it.

The hotel location is excellent, very close to the promenade and about a half hour walk to the old town. The hotel has its own secured parking. The hotel is equipped with all necessary ameneties. The cleanliness of the hotel is at very high level. The bed is very comfortable and spacious and equipped with quality linen. The restaurant has sufficiently capacity, although the selection of the breakfast items could be more diverse. The hotel staff is very proffesional, friendly and helpful. The hotel deserves all the praise and we will be happy to be its guests again.

It's a really clean, well situated and very nice hotel. Most staff are experienced and kind and very welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast is diverse and meets all expectations. Very accomodating staff and room was nice and clean. Most of the staff at the hotel's reception are very nice and helped us by offering maps and advice re local attractions. Overall, it's a place we would come back to. Good value for money. The only thing that wasn't good that I would like to point out was that on some days, there was a bad smell in the bathroom, coming from the drain, but apart from that all was good.

We loved the location very close to the beach and our favorite beach club. The hotel is a small, modern boutique villa with a nice little garden and rare private parking, including EV chargers, which was a big plus. There’s no big bar or restaurant, but that’s expected for a boutique hotel. The staff were very helpful especially the girl at reception who kindly helped us change rooms when we weren’t happy with the first one. The new room was better, though still quite simple. I’d recommend this hotel for a trip with a friend or family, but maybe not for a romantic getaway.

The rooms are quite small and very basic. The bathroom door offered almost no sound insulation it felt more like a cardboard divider, which made things a bit awkward. It didn’t really feel like a full hotel experience. If the price were significantly lower, I’d consider staying here again. But if it’s the same price as other hotels, I’d definitely choose something like the Bau Rivage

Kind and nice staff. Close to the beach and ocean, many cafés and shops around the corner. Very nice bathroom with lovely toiletries from L’occitane <3 Spacious shower. Clean and comfortable room. Even had an iron and ironing board. Good check-out time (11:00).

Air conditioner in our room seemed to be a bit off; it worked (and was noisy) when set at 15 degrees, but it didn’t make any noise if set at higher temperature, and it was warm during the night. So it could either be cold and noisy, or silent but warm.

The location was brilliant. The staff were very helpful especially the young man on reception with glasses (who wrote down instructions to reach the Matisse museum and warned use about having umbrellas stolen 😂) and the young lady with curly hair (who recognised that I was wearing John Paul Gautier perfume).

While we were there, sadly, there was a power cut one morning, we.colud not use the hair dryer or have hot drinks with breakfast. Our safe did not work, and despite reporting it and being assured it would be fixed twice, it was not resolved during our 5 day stay. The quality of cleaning in our room needed improving - hairs always remained in the shower and on the bathroom floor, the bathroom sink area was not always cleaned, and lotions were.not replaced when used. The people staying were very noisy and came back in the early hours of the.morning- it sounded like they were coming into our room each time.

Quiet and comfortable boutique hotel nestled in a peaceful area amongst the hustle and bustle of Nice. Conveniently located, near to the beach and tram stops with great nearby food options. Staff were polite and welcoming throughout our stay. Room was very comfortable and peaceful with great insulation. Breakfast has plenty of options and a decent spread. Hotel was reasonably priced for the quality and location you get. Interior is nicely designed and the lift is very convenient.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Nothing very satisfied

The location is good but it is a 15 to 20 minute walk to the old town where a lot of sites and restaurants are located. But I loved the balcony with a beautiful view. The breakfast was good, pricey, we often bought some things at the grocery store just right by hotel ! The staff were friendly! Nice little outdoor seating for the breakfast! I especially loved the art deco decor throughout the hotel! Looks even better in person than in the pictures!
