The location was exceptional. I had booked a superior room overlooking the sea, and it was spectacular. Quite small it was beautifully laid out.

Inconsistency. Housekeeping, one day at 4 o’clock in the next day at 10:30. we dined in the hotel that I need room in the evening. Service was wonderful. I had the lamb shank, and it was very bland. Tasted like it had just come out of the microwave. I felt it was also very strange that the vanity in the bathroom with only 2 feet off the floor.

It is the best location in town, in the central part of the Promenade des Angles. Breakfasts were excellent. Staff friendly and usually very helpful. Overall, loved staying in the hotel.

The room was very dated. Of course it is an old building with a long tradition, but it would have been helpful to have more electrical outlets. In our room you could either have a TV plugged in or a desk lamp, but not both. A very deep bathtub, somewhat difficult to step out of. No exhaust fan in the bathroom, so everything steams up during a shower.

The location is fantastic and the staff were brilliant.

The first room we were given wasn’t what I expected from the photos but I spoke to the manger and he quickly sorted us out with a better room and from that point on everything was perfect.

Hotel location excellent. Room size exceptional and view of the sea could not be more perfect. Hotel main floor is lovely and luxurious, with excellent dining facilities and welcoming staff.

the floor we were located on appeared different (white doors?) our room was large and could accommodate an extra bed, but very spare and everything white. a carpet should be added to avoid slippery tiles from wet feet. noises heard from adjoining rooms- maybe from families or large groups. also suggest a second second luggage rack for 2 people. important question - why the window into the bathroom? issue with privacy and also night use exposed entire room to lights.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the West End Hotel in Nice. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. From our room, we enjoyed a breathtaking view of the sea and were able to watch both the sunrises and sunsets right from our window. Everything was top-notch — every request or question was met with a smile and prompt assistance. The breakfasts were delicious, and the location is just perfect — right across the road from the beach. The area and beaches are simply stunning. I stayed here with my friend, who is a photographer, and we took countless beautiful photos that we’ll be sharing a bit later. This is such an Instagram-worthy place, with endless opportunities for gorgeous photos and videos. We can’t wait to come back!

Everything was perfect!

The view from the room was much much nicer than we expected. The room was clean. The personnel were very kind and very helpful. It was nice to be able to use the room even before check-in time. The room was really sound-proof. Despite much traffic and even construction outside, it was really quiet. The hotel itself is very beautiful, with different areas in the lobby that make it comfortable to be inside during a rainy day. The breakfast looked delicious, although I didn't try it. The location of the hotel is perfect.

The room was a bit smaller than I thought it would be and some things needed refurbishing. The closet sliding door didn't slide properly and made it hard to open and close. The fixtures in the bathroom (toilet paper holder) were a bit broken. The bed mattress felt old and too soft. It was too small for my teen daughter and me even if we're not large people. My adult son and his daughter stayed in a different room for the same price and his room was much larger, with a larger bed, nicer bathroom and in overall a much better condition, although my view was nicer!

We had a wonderful stay at the West End Hotel, which - even though it wasn't our first time staying there - managed to exceed our expectations once again. The reception, service, breakfast and facilities were all great, and the final touch of the experience was delivered by Mr. Silvio with the concierge services, who arranged a transfer from and till the airport and helped us with reservations at a really nice restaurant in the evening. We will definitely be staying there again.

The water pressure wasn't that great on the fourth floor, which made showering a bit troublesome - but manageable after all.

We had 3 Deluxe rooms for our family. I liked everything in the hotel! Excellent lady reception, super location, good breakfast. The view from our three rooms was to the park of Masséna Museum. There are a lot of restaurants and shops in the area. Good exit to the beach. We could choose private beach or public beach.

The toilet room is outdated, could be renovated. The administration/reception in the Blue Beach is not friendly and not client oriented but the Hotel is not responsible for them

We were 3 and we stayed for 2 nights and I really don't mind coming to the same hotel next time. Location is okay. No so far from the center, old city and port Staff are ok and friendly. Check in and check out was done quickly. Room is big, beds are comfortable, room isolation is good, air-conditioned, plenty of amenities. The room is carpeted which I liked. Bathrooms are properly isolated with wooded doors which provides privacy. There is a public parking just behind the hotel. Rate is about average.

I don't know if I can consider this as a negative point, however, the WC is in a different room from the bathroom and washbasin so if you finish from the WC you have to go to another room to wash your hands. I would suggest adding a small washbasin to the toilet room and this will be perfect.

Stayed in room 405 and the room was spacious although it is not a renovated room.but the ambience is excellent, comfy and the view of sea is amazing. There is a coffee machine as well as instant coffee and tea. There is bathtub and room.amenities is sufficient. The heater is working. Breakfast was variety and good though on the 2nd day i was told that my child need to pay when he was actually included in the room rate. Not sure what transpired at the.coffee shop. However, reception staff acknowledged and said it was included.in the room. Location also good within 10 mins to Nice Old town. All the hotel staff was very pleasant and have great hospitality, from my arrival till check out. Excellent. I truly recommended this hotel and if ever come back to Nice will return here.
