Very nice hotel in a historical building, with cozy rooms and a private garden where you can have a good time. The hotel has several categories of rooms, and even the economy room I chose was very pleasant with all the necessary amenities. Ideally located in relation to the city center, 2 minutes walk from the beach.

The hotel is ideally situated five minutes from the tram stop and beach, and ten minutes from the train station. The cheaper rooms are a little small, but fine if travelling on your own. Room has a large window, with little noise from the street, and the bed was very comfortable, and no issues with the wi-fi. Reception was manned 24 hours with polite and helpful staff. Being an old building the stairs and corridors are a little narrow, but not a problem. Would be happy to stay here again.

Being diabetic, I didn't have breakfast as it was bread and pastries, which was a shame. but many local places to eat nearby.

The hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous and we felt so privileged being able to stay in such a historical building. The atmosphere is unmatched and you almost feel like you're in a movie. The way the hotel is decorated also heightens the experience. The staff working in the reception were very friendly and accommodating. They made us feel right at home and were very helpful. It made our stay even better. The staff, cleaning the rooms were equally friendly and helpful. Apart from the building and staff, the location is perfect. 2 minutes from the beach, right by the Villa Masséna Musée, the iconic Le Negresco, and the wide walkway Rue de France (that takes you all the way to the plaza Place Masséna and the Old Town). In summary, it was a wonderful stay and because of how each room is decorated differently, we would love to come back again some day.

We stayed for one night only. The staff were friendly, and the location is great, making it easy to explore the area. For the price, it’s a great budget-friendly option that offers excellent value.

However, the parking situation was disappointing. We tried to reserve a spot in advance as the hotel advertises parking for guests, but were told it was already full. They informed us that the parking reservation costs 20 euros, but since it was unavailable, we had to park at a nearby public lot, which cost 27 euros per day. It would be helpful if the hotel provided more accurate information about parking availability or alternatives when spots are full.

This was a beautiful gem of a hotel with lots of old world charm. We really enjoyed our stay here in our last night in Nice. The staff were gracious and professional during our stay adding to the charm. We also appreciated being able to leave a suitcase at the hotel for a week prior to our arrival while we explored another region. We absolutely would love to stay here again (Nice has stolen our heart) and would highly recommend it to others.... close to the Promenade, restaurants, 20 minute walk to Old Nice, quiet neighborhood.

Our accommodation was in a traditional room on the second floor of an historic building. You can't see from the photos, but the description says that the room is 14 m2, which is small. The maximum distance between bed and table is 30cm. You should take these into account if you are uncomfortable living in a tiny room. It didn't bother us. The room is not as you can see in the photos, it is more modestly furnished. Because of this and the size of the room, it is important to know that if you want to find accommodation in the summer season, you can get it for 280 EUR/night, which is not very reasonable. We stayed in February for 76 EUR/night (this included tourist tax) - perfect accommodation for that money! We loved it! They changed towels every day, made the bed, emptied the bins, cleaned up. Very nice decor in the downstairs common room. It always smelled good everywhere. It was a great experience!

Great location in easy reach of the airport, had parking on site and gave us quick walking access to the front and bars & restaurants. We arrived late afternoon, got settled and had a lovely evening in Nice before flying out first thing the following morning. We were in one of the smaller rooms at the bottom, which was great as we were only there for one night and did need to be in the room for very long. Clean, comfortable beds, a good shower and friendly, very helpful staff - we didn't mean anything more!

Nothing - its was perfect

Staff very nice and helpful with their recommendations. Room on the small side but clean and comfortable. Very good location - within walking distance to the tram and the Promenade. Felt very safe in the area. Very good breakfast. Selection of pastries, water and coffee available during the day, for free, in the canteen area (on the top of your tea/coffee making facilities in the room).

My only suggestion for improvement would be to ventilate rooms more, although that may apply only to our room.

Good value for the price we paid.

That the door of our room did not close properly and we found it open one day upon our return from sightseeing. The staff did not react when we inform them about the incident.

I adored the decoration with proper toile de jouy not just wallpaper, a period fire place , charming furnishings and very comfortable bed. I liked the old fashioned welcome and solicitous staff.

I loved the property . Only criticism was very insubstantial and ordinary soap. Better toiletries would make a difference. It said that still water would be charged 2 euro but that didn’t happen. No fridge but a working kettle.
