Location excellent, close to promenade, shops, train station, restaurants

A bit of a squeeze round the bed to get on to the balcony

The staff were lovely and the location is fantastic. Booked as a treat for our wedding anniversary but we really disappointed with our room. Small, impossibly laid out bathroom, water stain on carpet - it was £390 euros for one night and really just not worth it at all. We complained and very kindly the staff put us in a nicer room the following night. Comfortable beds and bedding in both, but not worth the additional extra cost. We would look elsewhere next time. Staff were wonderful and bent over backwards to accommodate us when we gave feedback.

our room was lovely, with relaxing decor and a terrace with a nice view, shower was great. the hotel's location was a short walk to most restaurants & shopping, and the train station was very close by. breakfast had a great selection and staff were lovely, cappuccino's were delicious, bar was very chilled with a varied selection to choose from.

no full length mirror in our room, but I understand renovations were still underway and snag lists still to be completed ! There was in our other friends rooms so I'm sure just an oversight, and definitely not a reason to not stay again!

Room size is compact or even maybe bit small but surprisingly well architectured you have everything at your hand and with modern designed facilities athough space is limited . the bed is comfy enough . The hotel has been recently refurbished and we liked the style , who ever did it made a nice job . You seem to be floating just in another world while sitting in the lobby or breakfast chamber .

the elavator from entrance to the lobby floor was not working which is a nuisance as you have to carry the heavy luggage up the stairs to the lobby level

the hotel was so lovely in a fabulous location. the check in & out times were very reasonable and the rooms were modern but still had that french flair. the hotel staff were incredible, always making an effort to greet you and Sylvie (who checked us in) was able to give us amazing recommendations for around Nice and day trips too. the hotel is affiliated with a beach club on the coast which was fuss free with lovely staff and great amenities, providing loungers, towels and umbrellas. there were showers available for once you come back from the beach even after you checked out which was great.

being a boutique hotel in a central location means it can get slightly noisy. also the breakfast was €19 per person per day which felt very expensive. we instead visited cafes & boulangeries in the area which was much better value for money.

Was close to the promenade but also tucked away and secluded from everyone to ensure rest at night. The staff were friendly, approachable and knowledgeable about the area and things to do. They went out of their way to give recommendations and having a 24 hour reception was really comforting. Additionally, the hotel had a collaboration with Blue Beach Club for discounted access which was the perfect surprise on arrival, as we struggled to choose /get reservations for the many clubs along the promenade.

Great location. Great staff, incredibly friendly and welcoming. The decor of the hotel is general was good, apart from some bits in the room dated. But, we weren’t there to spend hours in the room. 5mins walk to the promenade and around 10mins to A huge selection of cafés, restaurants and bars.

Not specifically about the property, but parking is a bit of a pain. If your plan is to drive to places - so leaving around 10am and return around 8pm, then you can effectively park on the street for free. But, the days you don’t, expect to pay €20+ for a secure carpark. It would be good if there would be a parking deal. However, this is minor point.

Location was fantastic! Just a short walk to the beach, main dining and shopping strip and tram/train station. The hotel had a water fountain where you could refill your water bottles! Loved this initiative to prevent the use of plastic bottles, reuse the ones you have and increase hydration in such warm weather! Mike the front of house agent was a total Legend! He was so helpful and caring on our check in and provided us with information and guidance on the area. Thank you so much. We very much appreciated your time and effort!

Unfortunately our TV didn’t work. We contacted front of house who fixed it temporarily. We stayed during the Olympics and hoped to watch during our downtime.

The hotel is amazing! We enjoyed our stay a lot! The location is perfect, it’s not too crowded but it’s easy to reach the beach, city center, shops, restaurants and the airport. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, they told us everything about the town and provided us with the map. We also received a special offer for the beach (Blue Beach), which we found useful. There is a bar downstairs with a decent amount of drinks. We also liked breakfast, it was delicious. In the room there is everything for comfort staying. The hotel stuff also made a gift for us, for which we are grateful, thank you! TV have a lot of movies that you can watch

The only thing and quite important for modern life that did not meet our expectations is the Internet. The speed was less that 1 Mbps, it took minutes to process messenger (like WA), the instagram or Netflix almost didn’t work at all. If I had to work, I couldn’t.

I don’t normally leave reviews but it’s hard for me to express the gratitude I have towards the staff , I had an unfortunate thing happen prior to my arrival, which altered my trip but thanks to this beautiful bunch of fabulous people. It ended up being one of my most memorable trips I’ve had . ( I’ve been traveling for eight months) , from the room to the pillows to the linen to the cleanliness, the excellent recommendations, and most of all the friendliness and kindness , . Well done ,Sylvie , Akim, Isabelle & Cris ( they couldn’t have been more helpful) Thanks Donna ( the Aussie) 💙🤍❤️
