Excellent location, very near the heart of the action in Nice but in a quiet street. It is correctly priced for what it offers.

You may need to put on ear plugs if you wake up late because housekeeping can be heard vigorously cleaning other rooms early in the morning.

we really liked that location we have always stayed in the old town so his area was fairly new and exposed us to alot of different restaurants, cafe's etc it was very enjoyable. The staff at the hotel were really lovely and it was fairly quite, we did however hear noise from people coming and going inside the hotel but outside noise we didnt hear anything. The room was a little smaller than expected but was still lovely.

Just the noise it was really bad, just noticable.

Staff was extremely helpful with every need and question about how to find tourist sights, transportation stops, etc. The breakfasts were generous and delicious. All staff spoke English and were warm and eager to provide whatever we needed. We would highly recommend the hotel. It was a delightful stay

There was a brief problem with our room with a leak when we arrived and we were given a smaller room for a night. They were extremely helpful in transferring us to the larger room the next day, and they gave us complimentary breakfasts for each day of our stay to make it up to us. We felt they were so sincere and helpful in a difficult situation.

The location was great, the room was really good had everything you need.

Noise you could hear everything from your room other people flushing toilet's and moving around room in the early hours of the morning. Cleaner was vacuuming rooms next door with doors open was very loud at 9am in the morning was very annoying as we arrived midnight at the hotel and was planning on a bit of a lie in but was woken before 9am with vacuum.

The location of the hotel is perfect, close to the "old city" area (10-15min. of walking) but far enough so you don't have noise or traffic. The staff was very friendly and, among other things, showed us on a map the attractions from Nice that we should check out. The room was cleaned every day but I think it could be done better (perhaps this is just me being picky). The breakfast was tasty with tipical french items: cheese, pain aux chocolat, pan cakes, orange gem. I would definetly pick this hotel if we decide to visit Nice again.

There was no space for drying-up the swimming gear (e.g. towels). The elevator did not worked when we arrived (it was fixed the next days) so we have to carry our bags to the second floor.

Excellent location: walkable from the train station and only a few blocks from the beach and Promenade. Our rooms were comfortably sized, ready when we arrived, and very clean. The front desk was helpful, offering directions to points of interest, and towels and an umbrella for the beach at a reasonable small charge. It was nice to be on a street or two away from the major pedestrian streets.

No complaints. Next time we would choose rooms that were not right off the lobby, perhaps an upper floor instead, as loud guests returning to the hotel after a night of partying did wake us in the middle of the night.

Convenient location, but the room was very quiet. The breakfast was good too and we were very satisfied with this hotel.

We couldn’t reserve the parking space and parked at the public parking hotel suggested. But it was a little far and expensive while there are more public parkings close to the beach with better fares.

Excellent room, good size, lovely bathroom with double shower. Clean towels everyday and bed made/ changed. Staff really helpful and always happy to help. Location near to the train station, tram, restaurants and shops. Promenade only a short distance away. Would highly recommend and would visit again. We didn't have breakfast here, as there were plenty of places to go and eat at.

The room was clean and a great value and the location was fantastic. Lots to do and eat in the area. Easy walking distance to the trains, trams and beach. The garage was a great add-on too.

Our room was a little small and could have used more storage, but we made it work. Still great for the price.

Location was great, staff were so warm, helpful and friendly. Facilities were good. So quiet. Breakfast was fantastic!

We had a room with a sloping ceiling that meant you couldn’t stand up straight in half of it - we both hit our heads several times just trying to access the bed and our bags. Only mirror was blocked by placing a television in front of it. Luckily we were only there for a night, would have asked to swap rooms otherwise.
