We booked 4 nights and stayed 12! Everything was perfect except the new elevator, but we got used to it 🤭 The most important parts! The garage ; a must if you have a car in Nice The location; perfect, 2 blocks from Le Promenade and the beach. 5 minutes walk from Place Massena and the shops. 10 minutes walk from the Old town. The apartment we had was spacious, amazing bed (180 cm) dubbel sinks and bathtub. Separate toilette with bidé as always in France. Small but good kitchenette, ok utensils. You see that the building is ”well used” but it doesn’t matter. It is perfect to stay here when in Nice!

The fee for the dogs. 15€ for 1 /night. We have 2 small with their own beds. We got a special. 10€/dog/night!! It’s ridiculous!

The breakfast was very good, there was a variety of continental food, fruits, cakes, cereals,yogurts, etc. I was impressed of the quality of coffee and the freshly squeezed orange juice. We arrived 2 hrs early and the hotel let us check in a bit sooner which was very helpful, considering we had a young child with us. Receptionist Audry was extremely nice, polite and helpful, she is a great asset for the hotel, fluent in English. The bathroom was generous, 2 sinks, large bath tub, separate toilet . Our boy loved the hotel dog named Onyx, who is very friendly and likes to play with the tourists. Overall we had a positive experience, close to the beach and all facilities, tram, supermarket, bars and restaurants.

The mattress on the master bed could have been slightly softer, this is just a suggestion, if you have back problems otherwise all OK.

The apartment was spacious enough and had practically everything of the basic amenities. The bed was comfortable. Cleanliness was at the high level.

The central heating system is quite old and if you want to heat up the space, you can only choose between strong air blow and very strong air blow. The refrigerator was not stable, so every time we had the feeling that we didn't close it properly. Hot water for the shower was not available in some evening hours. Lot of small things - peeled off skirting board in the bathroom, some leakage with the kitchen faucet, the TV set went crazy in one moment and had to be turned off and on to continue working... But it was not critical for a few days stay.

Good location, everything worked well in the room, staff would provide whatever extra we would need e.g. soap, garbage bags, toilet paper when we would ask.

The staff are a bit strict, not bad just that they could be a little friendlier after all we are guests who paid a lot of money to stay there and not give that money away somewhere else… Also, no card keys only a regular old school key and if you ask for one extra the answer is not possible…without any flexibility whatsoever…the apartments are old and due for renovation but still functional, the beds in the living room are not comfortable…

No coffee machine in room Some minor maintenance issues with our suite Reception interrupted our check in several times to take phone calls and kept us waiting while they dealt with the phone caller.

The size of the room was amazing and the bed was super comfortable.

The elevator! I hated going into the elevator due to the glass walls, I have vertigo and I got panicked as I didn't get the code in in time and the elevator shot up to the top floor; I was a quivering wreck! In the room there are no plug sockets where you need them. For example, charging the phone by the bed, you needed to take out the lamp plug. To use the hairdryer, I had to take a portable mirror and place it in the cupboard where the crockery was. Obviously the room was designed by a man!

This is a great property. The apartment where we spent five nights was spacious with plenty of storage space. It is convenient to tram to go into center of Nice and tram from/to airport saves taxi fare. The train station is a few blocks north and easily walked by us 80+ year old couple when taking day trips to Monaco and other close-by towns. We had a pleasant and helpful staff. The building is attractive with two big elevators. I have already recommended these apartments to our fellow traveling friends. Nice is great. We will be back.

The apartment location was perfect for everything. The beach, restaurants and transport were.all very near.

The accommodation itself is a bit tired. There are no breakfast facilities or pool anymore, we were told this was due to covid, although everyone else seems to have moved on now. Also, we had to collect our own bedding for the sofa bed, as they said they couldn't bring it to us ? That was a bit odd. Apart from that the staff were lovely and it was good value for money.

Great location, close to the tram line, Promenade, with plenty of restaurants and shops around. The main train station is only a short walk away. The apartment was very roomy with a large double bed, great bathroom and useful kitchenette. The apartment was quiet and well insulated from the outside traffic. A lovely breakfast across the road in the Best Western was included. Staff were helpful and the room suited the needs of 2 adults and 2 small children perfectly.

As with many hotels it could do with a bit of maintenance here and there but nothing tragic.
