Very nice room and modern and clean and perfect for our stay in Nice. Apartment with all facilities (incl. hair dyer, shampoo, bedding, towels, small kitchenette with toaster, kettle, frisdge and great location next to supermarket, Brunch Cafe 5 min. away and 5 min. to the Promenade. Laundry modern, safe, easy to use 3 min. down the road (30 minutes and all your clothes are done - pay via card, all instructions in English).

We had a toilet not working probably and it wasn't fixed even though we made numerous request to the Reception. We ended up splitting it a bit apart ourselves and then it could work. A bit disappointing given the high standard of the hotel and apartments. No balcony but big size windows so we didn't miss it to much.

We booked 4 nights and stayed 12! Everything was perfect except the new elevator, but we got used to it 🤭 The most important parts! The garage ; a must if you have a car in Nice The location; perfect, 2 blocks from Le Promenade and the beach. 5 minutes walk from Place Massena and the shops. 10 minutes walk from the Old town. The apartment we had was spacious, amazing bed (180 cm) dubbel sinks and bathtub. Separate toilette with bidé as always in France. Small but good kitchenette, ok utensils. You see that the building is ”well used” but it doesn’t matter. It is perfect to stay here when in Nice!

The fee for the dogs. 15€ for 1 /night. We have 2 small with their own beds. We got a special. 10€/dog/night!! It’s ridiculous!

Location was perfect, several minutes walk to all the tourist attractions, and sits in a relatively quiet neighborhood. The size of the room is ideal, with a relatively big restroom too. Kitchen was small but useful, with a fridge for cold drinks. I was worried about the AC at first when I read other reviews since it was really hot at Nice during my visit, but it worked very well.

Everything was well, except for a bad smell (smoke) after all the windows are closed. There was one day that I have to open the windows at midnight waking up from sleep as the smoke smell was so strong.

The breakfast was very good, there was a variety of continental food, fruits, cakes, cereals,yogurts, etc. I was impressed of the quality of coffee and the freshly squeezed orange juice. We arrived 2 hrs early and the hotel let us check in a bit sooner which was very helpful, considering we had a young child with us. Receptionist Audry was extremely nice, polite and helpful, she is a great asset for the hotel, fluent in English. The bathroom was generous, 2 sinks, large bath tub, separate toilet . Our boy loved the hotel dog named Onyx, who is very friendly and likes to play with the tourists. Overall we had a positive experience, close to the beach and all facilities, tram, supermarket, bars and restaurants.

The mattress on the master bed could have been slightly softer, this is just a suggestion, if you have back problems otherwise all OK.

The apartment was spacious enough and had practically everything of the basic amenities. The bed was comfortable. Cleanliness was at the high level.

The central heating system is quite old and if you want to heat up the space, you can only choose between strong air blow and very strong air blow. The refrigerator was not stable, so every time we had the feeling that we didn't close it properly. Hot water for the shower was not available in some evening hours. Lot of small things - peeled off skirting board in the bathroom, some leakage with the kitchen faucet, the TV set went crazy in one moment and had to be turned off and on to continue working... But it was not critical for a few days stay.

First of all staff is very good, then the rooms are quite big and equipped with everything you may need. I reserved one bedroom but upgraded to two bedrooms apartment which was a good surprise. I cannot explain how good it is to have private parking in the building. For the breakfast they propose it in the hotel next door which is very convenient, but me and my family preferred to to it outside and in 50 mt there are a lot of good cafes where we enjoyed our breakfast a lot. And finally everything, beach, old town etc. are in walking distance.

Hotel is in very central but not too busy location - 10 mins walk from train station and 5 mins walk from tram stop if you need go to/from the airport. Hotel surroundings are very nice and look wealthy and way to the beach is a pleasant 10 mins walk. Suite is very spacious with luxury touches in furniture and bathroom so we felt very comfortable. Excellent breakfast was included in room booking in the nice restaurant with small garden across the road. We had upscale european buffet with rich selections of eggs, hams, cheeses, pastrys and other usual stuff including great service and tasty coffee. On the check out we were offered a free CD with nice jazz music played by son of the hotel owner - a very nice touch to the overall a very pleasant stay.

The accommodation is located in an excellent area — quiet and safe, perfect for a relaxing stay. The staff were very kind and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions. Parking, however, can be a bit tricky: it requires a reservation in advance, comes at an extra cost, and getting in and out may require some skill. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience; just be prepared for the parking situation.

Loved our spacious room with kitchenette. Beds and bedding were extremely comfortable. Front desk Staff were very helpful. Loved the location too. So easy to walk everywhere. Great eateries and small bars nearby. Super quiet at night. A lovely area to stay.

Room temp was chilly (floors are tiled) in the evenings (we stayed 3-8 May25). . We Tried to get the towel heater to work and also the heating for the whole room. It was non operational. Room Decor a little outdated but overall provided everything we needed.
