The room was huge, and also had a very big bathroom. It felt more like a little apartment than a hotel room. The air conditioning worked amazingly, cooling the room down within minutes. The hotel is in a brilliant location, only 1 street away from the beach. The breakfast is delightful - we sat outside for it every morning. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always smiling and saying hello, and giving you just a little bit extra service.

The view from the windows was just someone else's garden and windows so we kept the curtains shut for privacy..

We were on the 4th floor, and had a balcony, so that was great. Location was very good, lots of restaurants, Cafes etc nearby. Only 5 mins walk to "Promenade des Anglais", "Negresco Hotel", and "Alsace Lorraine" train Station for short trips to "Old Town" and Airport. NICE main Station only 5-10 mins walk also. Breakfast was reasonable. No different or worse than any others. NB No Cornflakes ( Which I always like ). They did have fresh Orange Juice, which was good. Our room did have a 'funny odour' each time we entered, which annoyed my Grandson a little (403).

An excellent location, a small hotel near the Promenade and close to the pedestrian zone with restaurants, cafes, and shops. The staff is friendly and attentive. The Prestige room is spacious and well-equipped. Free coffee in nice lobby. Nice garden.

The breakfast is with limited selection and monotonous. The Prestige room on the ground floor has an issue with the shower faucet, making it impossible to adjust the water to a sufficiently warm temperature. The staff claimed it was due to cold pipes, but the real problem lies with the faucet, which is "stuck" on lukewarm water. The internet was unstable.

The proximity to the sea was great. One could simply get to the promenade next to the sea under 5 minutes. The hotel is very thoughtfully put together. Check-in was smooth, personal were exceptionally friendly, the corridors are decorated with modern adaptations of classical art pieces. The room was quite small but very cosy. The beds very comfortable and the washroom was equipped with everything necessary. The breakfast spread was good and one could find something for themselves. The garden outside gave a home-like feeling while leaving and coming back. The locaiton was simply top with enough restaurants in the neighborhood. The tram connection to my place of work was also within 8-minutes walk from the hotel. All in all, it was pretty great.

The airconditioner stopped working one night and we lost about 45 minutes trying to fix it. However the hotel staff was ready to help in different ways and the problem was soon solved. The other thing that I did not quite like was that the towels were (only on some days) not very clean. On our last day the towels were also torn in the middle. So there is some room for improvement in this regard.

I travelled with my two young adult daughters and we loved the triple room they assigned us on the third floor. We loved the location of the hotel, the cute garden and breakfast spread was very useful before we began our busy days.

We loved our triple room, however, the air conditioning unit was broken. It was very hot and if we opened the windows it was very loud from street noise. The staff should ensure everything is working before they move people in. The staff was understanding and moved us to a different room for a night with hopes of it getting fixed. They eventually moved in a portable unit that worked great. We loved the higher room so we didn’t want to move. There was some communication issues among some of the staff regarding it being fixed, but we appreciated the manager doing all he could to ensure we were comfortable.

It located in a quiet street, with this little cute garden. The room we had was quite new. The tiles in shower area were fancy, and spacious shower area. The room is spacious as well. The air conditioning in our room wasn’t working properly, the technician couldn’t solve it because some parts need to be ordered. Unfortunately the hotel was fully booked. The room division manager Daniel went extra miles to book us another room in town and sent us to the new location. It could have been a quite negative experience, but we really appreciate their efforts to solve this issue and save the day.

The bed was kinda small for 2 persons. Maybe should order 2 double beds instead.

The location was easy access to the promenade and city centre. The staff were all friendly and helpful especially the greeting explaining the map of Nice. I felt safe in that area too. The breakfast had a good variety. I also liked the shower.

Although the room was generally lovely and we had a great sleep I did notice the walls at the skirting were a little unclean and the fridge tray needed a wee wash. The two beds had been pushed together to make a larger bed which technically wasn’t what we had paid extra for.

I'd never been to a 4 star hotel and was kinda expecting more....

The number one "pro" for this hotel is the location. Next to this, we appreciated (most of) the staff (complements to those who checked us in and those who checked us out) and the good breakfast and nice (but small) garden

What we really did not like was the quality of the room (ok, clean - although it needed some airing) but older and according to us not ok for this pricetag. Also this was really NOT "soundproof" though advertised like this on booking.com. Finally, at the third floor the wifi was unacceptable (downstairs in seating space it was ok).

We really enjoyed the location and the friendly staff. We would like to note that one staff member in particular stood out to us! Her name was Aurelia, she was one of members of the reception team. She went above and beyond making us feel welcome during our 7 night stay. Her warm smile, valuable advice about the city sights and exceptional hospitality deserve a special mention. Thank you and we hope to return soon!
