I liked the friendliness of the staff, that we could converse in English. There was tea and coffee - always nice, and everything we needed in the bathroom was available. I like that there's a gym for residents to use. A restaurant was recommended by one of the staff, and it was exceptional - thank you!

The hotel is advertised as a spa hotel, but the jacuzzi and the sauna were way too small and could only accommodate two people at a time. We would have had to pay extra to use the Hammam. Why not factor it all into the price of the room? We had to ask for bathrobes and slippers to get them.

The staff were very friendly and helpful both at the front desk and at the rooftop bar. The rooftop bar included a pool (too cold for our time of year) and jacuzzi which was very pleasant. We didn't eat at the bar in the evenings as it was a tad pricey but we did get a few drinks. The view from the bar was superb at day and nighttime. The breakfast was probably the best hotel breakfast I've ever had and was well worth the money. The location was decent as well, very easy to get to from the airport (straight on the tram and then a 5 minute walk from Alsace-Lorraine tram stop) and not too far from the beach, Old Nice or the train station. All the facilities were clean and the bedroom included a small balcony and a bath, which we don't often get at hotels we stay at!

The only minor issue was they were redecorating/refurbishing much of the foyer/staircase during our stay so there was a strong paint smell and some wet paint around parts of the hotel, but it didn't bother us very much.

Bathroom was too hot-no fan. Pool area is really small for all of the guests. Rooftop bar closed really early.

Great location, only a few mins walk to beach and restaurants, supermarket and great views from rooftop pool/bar. Breakfast was good although restaurant itself very small for size of hotel. Pool was very welcome in the heat and I mainly chose this hotel for that reason.

Some confusion with our booking at check-in which was sorted but staff were quite abrupt and not the most welcoming. Room was tiny with minimal storage and shower sprayed all over the floor as screen was too small and had a gap between bottom of it and the bath!! Staff at rooftop bar - some were great and attentive, others appeared to be oblivious to guests needing service.

Just a wonderful hotel in a perfect position in the centre of Nice - very close to the train station and the beach. I don’t think you could have a more perfect location. On arrival we were met by very friendly staff on reception who were quick and efficient in allocating us our room and all spoke perfect English. The hotel itself is very spacious and has a very exclusive & expensive feel to it. The rooms are excellent - very clean and roomy with a balcony overlooking Nice. On top of the hotel there is a swimming pool and bar where we spent a very pleasant afternoon. The restaurants nearby are also high-quality. All in all a wonderful stay and I hope I can return sometime.

Great Hotel in Nice. Located about a 20-30 minute Uber ride from Nice Airport and 10-15 minute walk to the beach. Very clean lobby and welcoming. We liked and used the onsite SPA that got us in the next morning after checking in with no prior reservation. We stayed in off season Winter but the room top Pool (closed) looked inviting and the room top restaurant and bar were nice. We loved the continental breakfast that we included with our suite stay.

due to early season facilities such as sun umbrellas were not a available despite asking twice no one updated to say if there was one available. maintenance was ingoing for the time I was there meaning 2/3of the outside areas were not available to guests air con not working so an uncomfortable night sleep and the tv wasn’t working for smart channels requiring a technician to attend (this was done).

Excellent location minutes walk away from everything we wanted access to ( sea front, train station, shops, town). The staff were always very helpful and friendly even during busy times.

There were only 2 small lifts, and the restaurant, roof garden and pool were on 8th floor so there was a constant long wait for the lifts up and down especially during the busy breakfast hours ,with sometimes having to wait 10 minutes or more for 2 or 3 rounds before being able to get into a lift.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. I was explained where is sauna, hot tub and other amenities. Location is very close to old town- about 30 min walk. Area is safe. Really good fresh breakfast in the morning. Hot tub is was open when we went (end of November 2023) and it was just magical. There is a bar as well on the rooftop, and we enjoyed our drinks whilst sitting in the hot tub and looking over Nice. 5 minute walk to the beach.

We had a suite for 4 people. everything was clean, but room felt a bit outdated, a little touch up would not hurt- new carpet perhaps, as the one that is in there gave me very 80 vibes. Prices could be friendlier, however I do understand it is Nice and therefore sort of was expecting to spend more than I normally do

Breakfasts were very nice and fresh. Beds were comfortable. There was a rooftop pool and bar/restaurant with nice Tapas and meals. Location was fantastic and close to everything. Beach 200 metres away.

Our room had a few things to be fixed. I must say when we wrote an email to the Manager he compensated us nicely and we were very appreciative. Sometimes things are not always perfect but good management makes all the difference I would stay there again because of that.
