I have to admit that I was very pleasantly surprised: Sophie got in touch with me before I arrived and told me exactly (via video) how to get to the room. The accommodation is super central in a very nice part of Nice. The Promenade des Anglais is just a 5-minute walk away and all the other points of interest are also within easy walking distance. The accommodation is great for the price. No luxury, but you have everything you need. Very quiet at night as well. Sophie is very nice and helps with everything!

The only thing that bothered me was that it was very cold in the room at night. There was a small heater available, but it went out after 10 minutes and I didn't manage to get it going again.

nice room with a kitchen, in the center, very close to the promenade and a 10 mins walk from the railway station. Clean and well equipped, 2 supermarkets very close and also plenty of places around where you can eat or drink something . Taking into account that hotels in Nice are not so cheap , this option looks like gold. Even if I didn't meet her, Sonia was very helpful with instructions and tips

The room is small but perfect for a few days stay. Looked (and even smelled) very clean. Super nice owner - she wasn't there during my stay but sent instructions & checked if everything was ok every day. Amazing location - definitely best price in Nice!

It was a bit cold and the little heater didn't help much. But there were plenty of thick blankets :)

Very pleasant travel in Nice with such a superb accommodation. Very convenient to all locations by walk, don't have to take bus during my stays. Sonia is really nice and considerate. Quick response and clear communication. Definitely will come back for the next time.

First and foremost, in my case, there was the unexpected company. The hosts are amazing, generous people that I am happy to have met and spent time with (and practiced my Italian with). The bedroom and bathroom might be a bit too small for a couple planning a longer stay, but they are perfect for a single traveler on a budget. In short, you get: very decent conditions for what you pay, privacy (with a chance of socializing), good Wi-Fi connection, access to a fridge and a pretty well equipped kitchen (and great coffee), vicinity to landmarks like Villa Massena and Promenade des Anglais. And sweetness all around ^_^

There is street noise, especially during weekend nights, but you're in the Carré d'Or district, I guess there has to be a price :)

The owner was very helpful and instructions to get in the property was very clear. The room was good, equipped, comfortable bed and lovely tiny balcony for fresh air was very good.

This is an en- suite room in a family's apartment where they live, which was fine...but this wasn't very clear when booking.

Didnt realize that this was a room in someone's apartment and they might be home. Was a little uncomfortable but it was a lovely space

Great location (close to station, tramstop to airport, city centre) Felt very safe to walk, also at night

It took me some time to get used how to lock/unlock frontdoor. But, soon.enoigh got the hang of it.
