Great location and good value for money. Expect a local private cosy apartment - as if shared by a friend in Nice (not sterile hotel-like room). Sophie was very kind and let me check out really late (I had an evening flight), which helped me enjoy the full day!

The bed was ok for me, but probably not good for someone who needs a very comfortable bed. The bed sheets and towels - better if they would be standard white color, hotel-like feel for guests (not coloured), but its just a personal preference.

A very cozy accomodation near to everything. Beach and old town are available by walk or with public transportation easily. In a very good, safe part of the city. There’s elevator in the building and the building itself is very tidy as well. The communication with the host is very convinient and check in and check out are very smooth process. Yes, it’s a little bit noisy at night but with earplugs I slept very well. :) It was a really pleasant stay!

I have to admit that I was very pleasantly surprised: Sophie got in touch with me before I arrived and told me exactly (via video) how to get to the room. The accommodation is super central in a very nice part of Nice. The Promenade des Anglais is just a 5-minute walk away and all the other points of interest are also within easy walking distance. The accommodation is great for the price. No luxury, but you have everything you need. Very quiet at night as well. Sophie is very nice and helps with everything!

The only thing that bothered me was that it was very cold in the room at night. There was a small heater available, but it went out after 10 minutes and I didn't manage to get it going again.

Very clean apartment, perfect for a city trip. 10 minutes from the center, 5 minutes from the beach. I would recommend to sleep with earplugs as at the evening you can hear a music from the center, but with earplugs I slept very well. Sonia, the owner, was on the phone and very helpful.

Everything about the property, the location, was great. Apartment is simple that meets all needs. Host was very accessible and helpful ideal location to everything.

I stayed there on a Saturday night and the street noise was quite loud throughout the night with partiers

nice room with a kitchen, in the center, very close to the promenade and a 10 mins walk from the railway station. Clean and well equipped, 2 supermarkets very close and also plenty of places around where you can eat or drink something . Taking into account that hotels in Nice are not so cheap , this option looks like gold. Even if I didn't meet her, Sonia was very helpful with instructions and tips

Very pleasant travel in Nice with such a superb accommodation. Very convenient to all locations by walk, don't have to take bus during my stays. Sonia is really nice and considerate. Quick response and clear communication. Definitely will come back for the next time.

The room is small but perfect for a few days stay. Looked (and even smelled) very clean. Super nice owner - she wasn't there during my stay but sent instructions & checked if everything was ok every day. Amazing location - definitely best price in Nice!

It was a bit cold and the little heater didn't help much. But there were plenty of thick blankets :)

The owner was very helpful and instructions to get in the property was very clear. The room was good, equipped, comfortable bed and lovely tiny balcony for fresh air was very good.

Too much random stuff inside a room

There's nothing not to like about the place but maybe if the windows had curtains it would be better
