The apartment was in a fantastic location, ideal for a few days stay and sightseeing in Nice. Compared to other offers, the price per night for a family of 4 was amazing. Check-in was very smooth and flexible, at the reception desk of a hotel a few meters away. All in all, great stay!

The kitchen was super small, and the table couldn't fit 4 people comfortably. So cooking or eating dinner in the apartment was not really an option, which didn't matter due to our short stay. Just the impression I had gotten from the listing on booking.com was different, so I wanted to mention it.

Great location, a lovely boulangerie very close by. very safe & quiet, small studio space. Shower tiles damaged & need replacing, handle on microwave was melted, cracked & damaged hob, poor quality towels, comfortable bed & comfortable couch for sitting. But dining chairs were plastic & poor quality. Great to be able to leave luggage at the hotel reception near by before check in & after check out.

Better quality towels & maybe 1 extra! Just about enough toilet roll for our stay. A few more coffee sachets would be nice. Damaged shower tiles, microwave & hob need replacing.

I liked all: location, amenities and equipments in the room. It is really ok for a short stay.

Smell from the canalization pipes in the toilet. Blinking electric bulb and absence of mattress on my sofabed. Although I have to mention willingness of helping me by the hotel staff. She ordered the new one for me and it was delivered the same day. I am a bit disappointed not to consider that before and think about custumers’ comfort. They owe me apology spending night on the stony sofabed. My whole back and waist hurt. Thanks to a kind receptionist lady my holidays continued very well.

It’s a great location, very close to the beach and surrounded by beautiful belle epoque buildings. We are a couple with two teenagers, so we need 2 single beds and that’s not easy to find. This flat had a small single bedroom with bunk beds, which was great, and we slept in the double bed in the main room. The design was well thought through, which is not the case in a lot of places e have stayed in! The staff wee really helpful. We were leaving in the sleeper train, so left our bags in the main hotel and were able to come back and use the garden, toilet etc before heading off on our travels.

It is small, so quite cramped for 4 large people, especially as we were living out of suitcases. The kitchenette is also very limited- a double induction hob which is so small you can’t fit two large pans on it. Great for simple meals/snacks though.

In some apartments there was no internet at all, and in some it was very weak, with frequent interruptions. Despite the complaints, no one fixed it until the end of our stay. Four-bed apartment too small with bunk beds not suitable for four adults, too small. They did not change the towels during the morning stay.

I recently booked a room in Nice for 2 nights for my family of 4. The room comfortably accommodated us with 1 king-size bed and 2 single beds. While the small kitchen was convenient, the space was more suitable for sleeping than spending extended time. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, contributing to a hassle-free stay.

The iron stairs leading to the 2 single beds were not only steep but also uncomfortable for bare feet, causing a less-than-pleasant experience. It felt like an oversight in considering guest comfort and safety.

Choose Nice Apartments and you won't make a mistake. They are perfectly positioned in Nica, very good furnished and have everything what you need for a short or a long stay.

I have already been in Nice Apartment and that time everything was perfect, but this time the kitchen was equipped with completely battered and scratched kitchenware that was not safe and healthy to be used. Additionally, there was a lot of mold in the bathroom. In the apartment, there is a high-elevated floor where are the mattresses which looks very nice, but there was a problem to climb the ladder due to a fact that the steps are very narrow, and they cause strong pain in the foot when you step on it with the full weight.

The location of the apartment is perfect: 5 minutes walk from the Promenade and Negresco Hotel aria, 20 minutes walk to Cascade. The apartment is spacious enough for a family of 3, comfy beds, small & clean bathroom and a kitchenette. The 2 receptionists that we’ve met were friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Kristina who emailed me with some recommendations from where to buy a birthday cake for my son.

Location was perfect. Staff were really friendly right from the moment we checked in around midnight. Breakfast in the hotel was lovely. Would recommend it for a short family break.

Perfect for a couple, as a family of 4 it would get a bit cramped if staying longer than 3 or 4 nights. The walls of our apartment were quite thin but wasn't a major issue.

Excellent location, quiet neighbourhood, very close from the main attractions, fantastic restaurants nearby. Kitchenette has all you need. Two markets around the corner.
