Loved the garden, perfect for having a slow breakfast (a bit pricey for what you get, but adequate and coffee / croissants / juice were good!). Location a bit further from the center than anticipated, but ok walking distance. Area felt safe. Clean room, big enough to pull the twin beds a bit further from each other, nice bathroom, no bugs. Coffee and water available in the room. Would stay again.

Lobby / common areas were a bit outdated, however garden compensated very well. Only one shared bathroom in a lobby. Low water pressure in the shower. Poor soundproofing but luckily other quests were quiet.

The room was extremely clean, location was ideal to visit the old town of NICE, a 15 minute walk and the garden view was calm and beautiful. Breakfast times were good served from 6.45am - 10.30am. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

The standard double was quite small, so go I would say go for the larger double rooms. they hadn't turned the AC on as yet, so the room could become quite stuffy, though they did provide a fan and you could open the windows. Breakfast was ok but nothing to write home about, though the did have gluten free product and alternative milk products, which is good for visitors with allergies or intolerances.

STAYED WITH MY FAMILY IN A ROOM FOR 3 PEOPLE IN THE LAST WEEK OF JANUARY. THE LOCATION OF THE HOTEL IS GREAT. CLOSE TO RESTAURANTS, CAFES, MAIN SHOPPING STREET AND THE SEASIDE. IT IS BEST TO PARK THE CAR IN FRONT OF THE HOTEL. WE STAYED AT THE GROUND FLOOR, GARDEN VIEW WAS PEACEFUL.

THE SIZE OF THE BEDSIDE TABLE WAS SO SMALL FOR ME :))) BUT I AM SURE THAT IS BECAUSE OF MY STUFF:)) HAIR CONDITIONER CAN BE PUT IN THE SHOWER. THERE WAS HAIR SHAMPOO IN ONE BOTTLE AND BODY SOAP IN THE OTHER BOTTLE. AN ALTERNATIVE TO HAIR CONDITIONER WOULD BE BETTER. Topluluk Tarafından Doğrulandı simgesi

Thanks to the Telegraph.com for signalling it. I appreciated the upgrade, loved the garden, enjoyed the breakfasts and took advantage of Nice Matin newspaper. It was also useful having the uneaten croissants from breakfast available in the lobby The best thing was that it was like olden days, ie they trusted us not to pilfer the lovely wooden clothes hangars or steal the hair dryer.

I usually book directly with the hotel unless booking.com offers a lower price, so I presume that was the case.

The hotel's location is perfectly situated, making it easy to explore the surrounding area, you'll find everything you need within close proximity. Overall, my stay at Villa Victoria was truly fantastic. The combination of exceptional service, luxurious accommodations, and excellent amenities made it a memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect getaway. I can't wait to return!

Didn’t find any problems, except maybe the batteries for the remote for the TV needed replace

Amazing hotel! Location was great, 10-15 min walk to beach and city center, in an upscale quiet neighborhood without lots of great restaurants close by. Breakfast in the beautiful garden was a real treat each morning. Room was spacious, clean, well decorated and bed was very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke great English. Highly recommend this hotel!

Loved everything about this property.

The location of the hotel is really great. It's approx. 5-7 minutes to an amazing beach club - Bocca Mar and the hotel staff booked the 1st row spot for me - highly appreciated. The staff also very friendly and initially the parking space was not available, but they called me later to confirm availability. It's also very close to Old nice and Promenade. I found this hotel to be a great value for money and great location.

Arrived a little early but a room was ready. Had booked a deluxe double with street view (admittedly the gorgeous Blvd Victor Hugo) and was upgraded to a garden view room. So beautiful in the bright mornings from the little balcony and there are mature orange trees too. Terrific location and the hotel is in a Niçois bourgeois building. Really excellent hot/cold breakfast buffet, everything you could possibly want.

Can't think of anything to criticise!

The staff are super helpful and friendly! The back garden was peaceful and a nice spot in the late morning sun. The breakfast is a buffet and may seen generic, but the quality is quite high and we were very pleasantly surprised! We were able to sleep with the window open over the garden and no noise. (It was February, so not too warm.) The big french windows were a nice touch. They also allowed us to store our luggage and placed it in our room for us! The location is in a great neighborhood, near the tram from the airport, and quite central as you can walk most of the main sites. Overall a great stay!

The bed was a bit sunken in, so this impacted our sleep. But that was it!

Great location - 300m from two tram stops, and in a quiet, safe avenue, though near the centre of town. Garden is lovely - a major plus, though would be difficult for a disabled person to access due to steps. Has a very pleasant 'understated' feel about the place. Aircon worked very well and was very easy to adjust - not always the case nowadays.

Lift is a little small and it would probably be better to have two people looking after breakfast - to clear up and relay outside particularly; arriving latish for breakfast might mean no pre-laid outside tables were available. The room is maybe on the small side at this price-point, but the bed was very comfortable and bathroom newly kitted out with an excellent shower.
