The location was great, close to Gare de Nice Ville and the Nice tram, in Les Musiciens area. We were close to restaurants and stores in a quiet neighborhood. The hotel had a very cool lift, which we were told was the first in Nice, if not France. The room was spacious - our kids had their room and we had ours - we shared the bathroom. The staff were amazing and so helpful, even giving guidance on which beach to go to (Juan-les-Pins by/in Antibes - absolutely perfect!). I loved the bathtub shower and, after a long travel days and many days of travel with my all male family. I loved the ability to open the doors and get fresh air and yet it was still quiet.

A small table in the entry area of the room would have been great, and more hooks or places to hang towels would have been great.

Very nice hotel near the city center. Very polite staff. We were greeted by Cosmin who was very nice and always willing to assist to make us feel comfortable. They also provided drinking water and hot drinks for everyone. The rooms were very clean and had everything we needed. They cleaned the rooms every day. We stayed with a suite which was a good solution for 4 people. The second bedroom is a little short with beds. Nice view of the city area. There is a public transport stop nearby and the train station is close by. Right next to the hotel there are places to eat, coffee. The location is great. The street is quiet. Definitely recommend and would stay at the hotel again.

The beds in the second room of the suite could be longer. Also have headboards.

Really well located. 5 minute walk to the train station & tram for the airport. 10 minutes from the main shopping area & promenade. Room was clean & a good size. Loved the old style lift!

We’d booked a superior room as it had a balcony to sit on, (all the pics on booking.com show balconies with tables) but the room we were allocated only had a Juliette balcony. A few wee maintenance issues Shower head was broken, so kept sliding down (we ‘fixed’ it with a hairband!) Tea & coffee wasn’t replenished on 3 of the 5 nights. It’s also a bit noisy - from the street & internally - a higher floor room may help that.

Only one issue, there is a glass door at before the bedroom corridor on every floor, it bangs so loud every time it’s opened, no slow release closure so if visitors were up early or in late it woke you up. If they fixed the door to make it close quietly it would be perfect

Room was incredible! Beautiful view, nice balcony where you can sit and enjoy it, comfy beds and spacious bathroom. 3. Location was fine, area is beautiful, it's close to the railway station and main street, so nothing to brag about. If you want to swim though, it'll take 15 minutes to get to the sea by feet which is also fine I guess. Thank you very much!

cosy apartment close to the centre of nice, perfect for a small group, located in a quieter area only 5-10 minutes walking to the main promenade and beach staff were super friendly and helpful and hotel was perfect

only fault was the shower head would not stay up in our shower which made it hard to shower and also caused the bathroom floor to get wet easily

The 24-hour reception service was fantastic. We arrived very late and had no trouble checking in, and it was wonderful to be welcomed by Cosima and have our questions answered so we were ready to go the next day. Throughout our stay, the reception staff were available and helpful with all our enquiries, including arranging a very reasonably priced car service to our next accommodation. The breakfast options provided were excellent, from freshly squeezed orange juice to the creamiest yoghurt we'd ever tasted. The location is also excellent. Being a few blocks back from the tourist 'drag' meant we could walk to everything without the late night noise impacting our sleep. And it's right next door to two great restaurants (especially the Cafe Musicians) where locals also like to eat.

The bathroom was tiny, but it had everything we needed, and everything worked.

For 6 nights, we booked a room with a balcony which worked great overlooking a nice park. Bed and pillows were comfy. Not in the middle of the touristy areas, but that’s exactly what we wanted. Ten minute walk to beach, 15 minutes to Old Nice, and 5 minutes to train station which was ideal for our day trips. Nice steakhouse right next door and a small grocery store just around the corner. Used the room fridge and Nespresso machine daily.

The staff bent over backwards to help us - beauticians appointments, taxis, restaurant recommendations etc. They had all sorts of local knowledge - like getting cheaper tram fares on the app - that really helped us. They wanted to make sure we were safe, and were also concerned to keep up hydrated with free water and squash in the high temperatures. The buffet breakfast was frequently refreshed, varied and really tasty - much of it was organic. The hotel was very clean and tidy. It was in a quiet and pretty location looking over a green garden square.

The room had everything we needed, but it wasn’t large - as reflected in the price.

I stayed at the Aria for 6 nights in the spring. It is very centrally and conveniently located, just 7 minute walk from main train station and 12 minute walk to Promenade des Anglais (I didn't take any public transportation while there, I walked everywhere except local train along coast). My room was clean, bright and quiet with all needed amenities and excellent daily housekeeping. Fresh full buffet breakfast was outstanding (teas/expresso/cappuccino machine; fresh squeezed orange juice; mini croissant/pains au chocolat, baguettes, yogurts, eggs, cheeses, oatmeal/cereal, sliced ham/turkey, fruit salad, and more). All hotel staff was very helpful, pleasant and attentive. Excellent price value.
