-before arrival took a deposit and when we arrived had to pay full price. There was no information that they do that. But deposit was turned back at the time we checked out.

At first I was a little shocked at the room because the room appears old as I usually stay in a lot of newer hotels in other parts of France. As I settled in I enjoyed being there. The bed was nice, the towels and bedding are fresh. And the shower ran nicely everything in the bathroom worked properly. And you can’t beat the convenience. I was near everything I needed to get to. It was all worth it in the end.

The lady at the desk could have been a little nicer. I spoke to her a few times and just got a curled lip response in return. I hadn’t done anything to cause that reaction. Eventually, I just started coming in and walking past. Then one day another employee was there with her and she spoke. It threw me off as I choose not to even interact with people who switch up on you depending on what day or time it is. I’m an all or nothing type of person. The housekeeping employee was very kind. She met my needs promptly. And even helped me work on my French.

The staff is really friendly and welcoming. The hotel was well located and I had the chance to visit several great spot of Nice by walking (place Massena, promenade des anglais, port Lympia, old nice, hill castle...). The beautiful Saint Nicolas Cathedral is also a couple of steps away from the location

Definitely the lack of drinking water in the room. I didnt notice the first night but was surprised on my second day to see there's no water provided.

Good location, good breakfast. The girl in breakfast room tries to do her best and service is good there. Food is good, there is nice variety of pastries, 2 juices, egg, ham, cheese, potato cutlets, good coffee, tea or hot chocklate. The staff at the hotel is always very friendly, the room is nice size, comfortable and the beds are good even for persons with back problems. Nice different lights in the room. Coffee and tea options in the room. Fast elevator in hotel. Many good quality restaurants around, pedestrian main street and the train station and good big supermarket, all in 3 min walk.

Small noise from the streets and corridors.

This is an idéal venue if you arrive by train and just want a short 2 minute walk to drop your stuff and fall into bed. It’s clean, comfortable beds, room was pretty small, even by French standards but condsidering it is on a busy road I had a quiet room at the back and had a good sleep both nights. Good towels, decent shower and soaps. The wifi was very good. It is easy to walk for 10mins into main avenue and the Prom and beach are only 15mins stroll max. The immediate area is safe and quiet with no security issues.

I had a few issues with the breakfast and unfortunately the coffee machine broke down on my second day but they were good enough to apologise and tried to help remedy situation as best they could.

I have to admit that the hotel exceeded my expectations, as I was expecting much less for the price. I arrived early on the day of arrival and was even allowed to have breakfast and leave my things there. The staff were very, very nice and always helped me. The location of the hotel is great: close to Nice train station (3 minutes on foot) and within 17 minutes you are also on the Promenade des Anglais. My room wasn't big, but it was cosy, clean and modern. I can highly recommend this hotel because I was very, very satisfied!

I didn't have a hairdryer in my room and had to ask for one at reception. The mattress of the bed was not very comfortable and I had back pain after the stay.

Great location near the central station. The Promenade des Anglais is a few min walk. Beds are comfortable with extra pillows.

Very conveniently located property, close to supermarkets, the main train station and a few blocks walk from the tram to/from the airport (Alsace-Lorraine station). A bit of a walk to the beach and old town but I did not find this an issue (and the tram is nearby if you prefer). Very friendly and helpful staff who I'm grateful were able/happy to speak in English as my French is very poor. Good breakfast, tea/coffee available 24/7, electric jug and small refrigerator in my room with A/C - all very convenient amenities. Overall, a very comfortable and good value stay in Nice!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this stylish hotel. The rooms were impeccably clean, well-maintained, and the super-air-conditioned atmosphere made our stay very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, and the service was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel! And one more thing—the thoughtful touches like the greeting card, beautifully packed sweets, and OMG, the hand-fan that we used throughout our stay in Nice ❤️ Thank you, guys! You are amazing!"

The location of this hotel is what makes it perfect if you are travelling by train as it's a 4 minute walk from Nice station. Only 15 minutes walk to the beach and the Promenade des Englais. Good breakfast and trendy furnishings. I had a little balcony which was nice.

The room was small and I couldn't master the air conditioning - it was so cold in the room. They played loud clubbing music in the morning which seemed a bit odd for morning time.
