Good location and had all the amenities and comfortable bed.

The bath could only be filled with the shower handle. Not ideal.

Convenient location, close to the underground tram stop (tram 2 from the airport.) There are many bus stops nearby, easy access to any part of the city.The room is clean, there is enough space.

It was very noisy in the night. Air-conditioner didn't work yet, so we needed to sleep with open windows. Garbage trucks were taking out the trash in the middle of the night, people passing by were noisy...

Great location - quiet and within walking distance to Nice Centre. I made two reservations within a week for my parents and their friends, and they were very happy with their stay. They were upgraded to a lovely room with two balconies and the overall experience was great! The instructions on check-in and check-out are very clear too.

The location is OK, the old town can be reached on foot. The room was clean, but the equipment needs refreshing. The apartment had all the necessary equipment (including a dishwasher). Kind staff. I treveled with car. The parking lot next to the hotel is quite small and needs to be reserved in advance. Despite the fact that I did not do this, the lady on arrival arranged for me to park - becouse the parking was full - at first step just for one night and after that for all period of my stay.

Due to the renovation of the road in front of the hotel, it was really difficult to find the hotel. Maybe they could put up a sign or tabel for Hotel. I'm sure that the hotel can not influence on second point - but I need to write that down. The Rossini restaurant is located nearby - according to google map, everything ended upon arrival at the location of the restaurant. At the restaurant, the staff "know nothing" about the hotel, even we find it then ourselves "by misstake" just across the street. In the evening we wanted to have dinner in Rossini - we were sure, that they realy not know nothing about the Hotel. We waited in restaurant for more than half an hour, no one even asked us what we wanted. After half an hour we left an stuff did not even greeted us.

We stayed at Odalys for 6 nights. Overall it was a really good experience. The location was great. Just a few minutes walk to the bus stop, metro, tram and the beach! The staff was nice too and we were allowed to leave our luggage after we checked out.

We weren't able to figure out how to adjust the AC. It was a bit warm so we left the windows open instead.

Well positioned, 800m from the Promenade and close to the rail station 5-8 min. Coffee shops, restaurants, pharmacies and supermarkets very close to the property. Clean and with a nice terrace.

the apartment is furnished with a kitchen but no consumables such as salt, sugar, coffee, dish detergent. Very few towels.

Parking was good, right next door and secure.

Room didn't have a terrace with chairs as advertised. Air conditioning didn't work well.

Close to train and tram stations.

Couldn't check in between 12-3pm or leave our bags which was inconvenient as we arrived at 12.30.

nice and clean room, all furnished, good location.

check in hours was different from the online informations, we had to call the property and get directions to get in. other than that, I had an amazing time in there !
