Staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is in a great location near the main train station and had a late check-in which was appreciated. I would stay here again. The hotel isn't in an overly quiet location so some of the reviews here had me a little concerned about this but overall the noise wasn't intusive and I think some people need to check their expectations.

The bathroom isn't overly private for travellers who aren't a couple, but overall the property was fine. The price was expensive for what the hotel is but again we booked last minute so I can't really fault the hotel on this.

The hotel was easy to get to from the Airport - just use The tram - Ligne 2- towards Port Lympia and exit at the Alsace-Lorraine station - then use the Blvd Gambetta exit and walk towards the Nice Ville Gare (Railway Station) - it's a 5 minute walk. The rooms are very clean and an okay size. We (my son and I) stayed in a twin bed room and it didn't feel cramped. The en-suite bathroom was a good size and all the facilities worked well. In the room there was a kettle and mutiple plug points. The room had very efficient Air-Con and was needed as it was very hot the weekend we stayed there. The room was cleaned everyday - there didn't seem to be a card to say don't clean. Fresh towels were provided everyday. The breakfast is very reasonable at €7 per person and consisted of Coffee/Tea & Fruit juice and a basket of Croissant and half baguette with Jam & butter. The hotel has 24hr access - with a code for night entry. The area felt safe enough to walk around at night - I've stayed in this area before and this time it felt safer - maybe the department has cleaned up the area for the TDF ? The reception staff were really friendly and efficient and Elias and his female colleague were both really helpful and made our stay a success. English is spoken if required. Nice Ville train station is 5 minutes away - which is really useful for travel to other destinations - like Cannes/Monaco etc.

A fridge in the room - would have been really useful - to keep drinks cold etc. The view from window - was just into the recess of the building - so nothing to look at - but not really a deal breaker. There is no lift in the building - again - not a problem if you're fit...

Check-in was easy, I was very impressed with their efficiency. I’d messaged them about a week prior on Booking.com asking if I was able to add an extra night at the end of my trip and they said yes I could do it at check in. When I arrived they’d obviously made a note of it and mentioned it before I even had the chance, which I really appreciated. Staff were so lovely, always greeting me when I came in / out during the day with a huge smile. As I checked out I was asked if I wanted to leave my luggage which was very kind of them. I didn’t need to but worth noting if you want to do some more exploring on your last day. Room was lovely, simple but clean and did the job. Great hotel if you’re having a trip like me where you’re not in the room much. Bathroom had a very odd smell and I couldn’t quite put my finger on what it was, but it wasn’t a problem as I was hardly in the room. WiFi worked great. Air conditioning had a remote which was easy to use. Lobby was nicely decorated and welcoming. I didn’t have their breakfast during my stay but a sign said it was €8.

The staff were very kind and helpful also friendly. They helped us with directions to the places we wanted to visit and even wrote down the information for us. Additionally, the hotel offers complimentary water and has a machine where you can purchase coffee. The hotel's location is excellent, being an 8-10 minute walk to the sea, tram, and train station. There is also a bus stop right in front of the hotel. You can easily find everything around: patisseries, tobacco shops, cafes, and markets. I think the check-in time at the hotel is quite late, but we arrived in the morning, left our luggage with them, and started exploring the city right away.

The room was small, so if you're visiting the city for a short trip like us, it will suffice. It depends on what you're expecting. For us, comfort wasn't a top priority aside from cleanliness because we had to visit her place in a short time.

The hotel is situated in the center of the city. Nearby are located the beach and the Central Railway station. The staff was very polite and helpful, especially the manager. The room was clean and renovated. It has got an air conditioner and Wi-Fi, which work very well. I heartily recommend the hotel "Evelia" for a stay in Niece, France!

Hotel is near Nice train station, convenient to travel, have a good price, staffs are nice and welcome, have free coffee tea, water.

Bed sheets more clean will be better

It was very close to the centre of Nice, you can go anywhere without using public transportation… Beach is on 10 min walking… Train station is very close so you can walk 3/4 mins and go to some other place like Monaco… Every day was room service and they provide you new towels… Stuff is very good, especially the guy from the Algiers, he can provide you all necessary informations. He allowed me to checkin for free in 1am because of my flight was delayed, he also let me to pick room near to street or near to backside… Also he gives me an umbrella when it was raining… he is 11 of 10.

The doors from the balcony in my room couldn’t be closed in each corner, so it was sometimes loudly because of trains and rain… and the doors from the toilet were opening by themselves… But on the end I have picked to be in room near to street so it wasn’t problem for me.

The staff were nice and hospitable, it was in a fantastic location where I could get to where I needed to go

The connection in the hotel wasn't great, I couldn't access the tv because of the connection and my phone at times would be disconnected randomly throughout the day

not a bad room for this price, walking distance to the tram and city center room didn’t have a closet, but we didn’t really care about this small problem, the rest was good Guy in a reception gave back the deposit in advance, because we left early morning.

Good value for money

There is no room service, I stayed for 4 nights and when I put the sign to clean the room they only changed the towels and threw the garbage from the bathroom, bed was not made. Also it is not very near from the center, so keep that into consideration.
