The Location was excellent, with the train station and town centre / beaches close by 👍 . Breakfast was very good with helpful and effecient staff. We loved the charm of the old building with our very own little balcony. 😊..... we would quite happily return

No tea and coffee making facilities in the room 😞....soundproofing was not good , could quite easily listen to the couple rowing next door and people coming and going...pigeons were a massive problem at breakfast , the ladies were doing their very best at shooing them away , needs a more permanent distraction .

A true gem on the Côte d’Azur! My stay at Oasis Gourmet was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. The room was spotlessly clean, cozy, and clearly cared for with love and attention. The garden — what a dream! A peaceful, blooming corner of paradise where I enjoyed the most delicious breakfasts I’ve had on the Riviera. Every morning felt like a little celebration under the sun. The location is outstanding — just a short walk to the beach, and very close to public transport and the train station, which made exploring the area incredibly easy and stress-free. Although I didn’t meet the hostess personally, it’s clear that Alexandra pours her heart into this place. Her warm presence is felt in every thoughtful detail — from the décor to the atmosphere. If you’re looking for a stay that combines comfort, charm, and the flavors of the Côte d’Azur — you’ve found it. I’m already dreaming of my next visit!

Good place to stay in Nice, the hotel is set back from the Rue Gounod which makes it quiet and tranquil. Stayed here before a few years ago, in the meantime they have built some new rooms and refreshed the place. Good value for such a location, being a short walk to the Promenade des Anglais, and around 15-20 mins on foot to Place Masséna. Rooms are traditional and comfortable, liked that Coffee was provided in the room which is not found often in Europe. Handy having parking on site. The restaurant wasn’t open during our stay, and we did not have breakfast as there are plenty of local options around.

Free W-Fi a bit flaky.

I had a superior double room in the lovely building opposite the main hotel, very spacious for one with a large and well-equipped shower room. I really liked the view of the courtyard and palm trees - it was also very quiet as the hotel is off the main road. The breakfast was included in my deal and was really exceptional with hot and cold choices and unlimited excellent coffee. Very comfortable dining room and helpful staff. The situation of the hotel was perfect - a few minutes walk from the lovely Promenade des Anglais and very close to the railway station. Made it easy to travel to other fabulous towns along the coast. Altogether a wonderful stay.

Nothing - everything was more than satisfactory.

Location was right for us, not far from the station and an easy walk to the seafront. We were able to leave our luggage there on last day before we took sleeper to Paris. The room was on the ground floor, well furnished, quiet and private behind a hedge and small terrace at the front. The hotel is set back from the road in a cobbled courtyard with attractive planting and has pale green shutters typical of Nice.

The shower seemed to be missing one of its doors so the floor became wet whenever you had a shower.

This is a lovely quiet hotel in a beautiful historic building. It's in a great location, near the main station, but also in a nice local residential neighbourhood just a 10 minute walk from the sea. the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Our room was simple but spacious and comfortable and had everything you need. Because the hotel is set back from the road on a cul de sac you really can't hear any noise from traffic or people. it is also very good value for Nice, and a very short walk from some excellent patisseries!

There was nothing we didn't like. It's not trying to be the Ritz or the Negresco , so if that's what you are after you wont find it here. It's just a great little relaxed local hotel. We loved it.

This is a lovely hotel not far from the seafront - about a 10 mins walk. It's an old villa with links to Chekov who stayed there for 3 years. The rooms are modern with lovely tall windows and a spacious bathroom with a good sized shower. Also very close to the Nice-ville station. Will definitely book again if I am in the region. It's a hotel with some character and the interior furnishings of the downstairs area have the old villa atmosphere to it.

Very close to Promenade/beach plus railstation and public transport (also to the airport), which makes active travels easier (up to 15 min) for a single traveller. Great breakfast - fresh croissant every day, no big noises, cosy neighbourhood and nice people at reception & breakfast time ( you can pay by card and print your board pass at reception). Plus to possibility to leave the baggage before check-in (late - from 3PM). For 3 stars nice extra facilities (hair dryer /changing towels every day/ cleaning the room)

Lack of single glass in room for water/ anything (but you can borrow from restaurant), no earlier check-ins, little space in the room ( for longer stay it can be too small space imo).

Room was a great size and comfortable and quiet. And staff very friendly and helpful

Not the Hotels fault but google maps are confusing. Stick to the Main Street rather than following google and going down the side street.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Oasis in Nice. The location is excellent — within walking distance of the train station and the beach. The gentleman at the reception during the morning shift was exceptionally helpful and made our check-in smooth and pleasant. The hotel’s facilities exceeded our expectations in every way. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others visiting Nice.
