The hotel is in a great location in Nice. 30mins by tram direct from the airport and then a 3min walk, 5min walk to a supermarket, 10min walk to the Nice Ville SNCF Station, and a 5min walk to the beaches. The room was large with a balcony, separate bathroom and entrance hallway. Continental breakfast was good and well stocked.

Wi-fi in the room was a little weak and unreliable, but I switched to my phone's data and got a good signal.

Very well located within the city center

There was some serious confusion just after my reservation. I was contacted by someone on the staff saying they had a different room than I requested and that it was “without” balcony. We went back and forth until I finally asked “does my room have a terrace/balcony” or not. Well, as it turns out, the room DID have a terrace (and it was obviously a typo on their part) but in the meantime, I was sent various ugly and demeaning messages by the staff. Some people were kind in their messages and some were over-the-top just plain rude. No one addressed this at the property when we arrived, or the next day, and even though the misunderstanding was their fault, I was made to feel at blame. We will stay somewhere else next time.

The staff were super friendly. And the AC was much needed. We went there in the summer and the weather was quite warm. The location is also very good. Mostly everything was within walking distance.

The bathroom is kinda old maybe. A bit disappointing, but it did the job

Great balcony and view of the city. Lovely hotel manager (Roberto) who provided us with towels for the beach, a beach umbrella and bottle opener. Location was ideal - easy to walk to public spots for food and sight seeing.

Wifi was unreliable/unsecured. We arrived late at night and our initial room was not ideal (unclean bathroom), which we explained to the night staff member. First thing next morning, the hotel manager Roberto was very kind and apologetic and moved us to a nicer room which was much more comfortable.

Very good location, walking distance to the Promenade. 3 mins walk to the train station. Room was well lit and had a spacious feeling as had balcony facing the front road with greenery/trees view.

Were not willing to even give 30 min extended late check out. Had read reviews before booking that wifi connection in the hotel was bad. It is not bad, it just does not work!!! How can you have a longer stay with no wifi!!

Location is very good. Easy access everywhere. 10 points. Staff very pleasant and helpfull.

I chose an economic room, which was small, but it served the purpose. Before arriving I was given the opportunity to upgrade to a bigger room, which I didnt. The shower needed a revamp, as it still had a curtain instead of a glass protection.

The location was perfect. Tram station from and to Airport was ideal. Few mins walk from hotel. Loved the balcony and when doors were closed the noise from road outside was limited. Short walk to place Massena and old town but tram only two stops to port area. Staff were really nice and friendly.

The room was dated. Bed was comfy though. Toilet was in a seperate tiny room. Had to go into bathroom to wash hands. Carpet was clean enough but had a couple of burns in it. The two bedside lights were just plastered in with no colour to mask it. Light switch at one side was broken. Wasnt expecting the negresco but just little details let the room down.

At The very moment we stepped inside the hotel we instantly felt welcome. The hotel was very cosy with nice rooms and The location could not Be better; Everything was just "behind the corner" Breakfast was good. The asolutely jewel was the staff ; very friendly, warm and nice persons.

We liked everything

I don't remember requesting a quiet room and that is not so important for me. The location war great, close to the beach and train station. The little restaurant was very nice for coffee. The next time I would love to have lunch there.

The entry way was very small so that one has to close the bathroom door to turn on the bathroom light or open/close the door to the room.

Elegant and simple. Snug between Nice Ville train station and the Promenade. Very easy to walk around the beautiful neighborhood. Breakfast was good. Tram station (directly to/from the airport) is just minutes away.

The walls could be a bit thin. We could hear the chatters from the room next door.
