My wife and I stayed at Palm Hotel Nice for 6 nights and we loved it. The checkin was easy and the owner helped us with a few tips on Nice, the terrace was great for eating takeaway food, the room spacious and clean. We asked for room cleaning every 2 days and they respected our privacy. The hotel is really central, 10 minutes walk from Nice Ville station and close to buses which was perfect for us because we visited a lot of other cities on the French Riviera.

The only downside was the bed which was made out of two mattresses and was a bit difficult to cuddle, but we made it work. I won't give it a 9 because of this but it's just something for the owner to look into and improve if possible.

- Location is excellent: quiet little street in the center of the city, walking distance to the old town and to the shopping streets and to the beach. Lots of choices of good restaurants nearby. - Lovely interior design. The room is equipped with everything you need. - Impeccable clean. - Comfortable beds. - The hotel is owned by a lovely young couple who always greeted us with a happy smile ja friendly words. - The hotel has its own digital travel guide which was very useful.

Room was 'upgraded' to a larger room which was nice and convenient. Location was perfect, the staff was very friendly and helped a lot with questions and recommendations. it is a nice warm hotel, great for our needs

The upgraded room had a bad smell, every time we entered the room we felt it and had to use some perfume to remove... in addition we found a towel of previos guest behind the door which made me think that the room is not the best cleaning wise...

The hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. They gave us detailed information during check in regarding the hotel and gave us recommendations on places where to eat and places to visit. The location is perfect for everything. We walked everywhere and all the places we wanted to see are all within walking distance. IT'S a quiet neighborhood and we felt safe walking late at night. The bed is very comfortable.

The room is quite small and bathroom ( shower stall ) is even smaller and hard to maneuver.

I absolutely delighted with my stay at this hotel! I have traveled a lot and I have not seen such a nice hotel for a long time. Everything is great here! The location, the hotel itself, everything you need in the room! I don’t even remember when I met such professional staff at a hotel! The wonderful administrator Lisa, who helped me with all question I had! I witnessed how she helped others and this is a high level of care for guests. I have never felt at home in a hotel as I did in this hotel - safe and cozy. But at the same time there is definitely a great feeling that you are on vacation. P.S. And what a wonderful collection of rum in the bar! <3

The hotel was above my expectations. As a solo female traveller I felt completely safe at this location and the staff was very friendly and informative on check in. The room I booked was very spacious for a European hotel room and was exceptionally clean. Would definitely stay here again. The cafe across the street also had very tasty coffee and croissants!

Wonderful staff who are warm and helpful. A very comfortable room and bed, all basic amenities are there, very clean and good A/C. Facilities to make coffee/tea. Cleaning is done by request, same with towel change. A great location: very close to many wonderful restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and coffee shops. 10 min walk to the main train station and 5 min to main shopping street with trams to get around the city. Old City is 10-15 min. Beach is 5 min away.

Wonderful reception staff. Good english. Very helpful and eager to assist , especially Barbara. Room was very good value for money. Bathroom has basic, but modern facilities. Excellent water pressure. Room was a decent size for a couple. Minibar, small safe, small TV with French channels. Room was clean when received and cleaned again when we requested it. Great location. 200m from a supermarket + a huge restaurant area with many, many options. The hotel itself is in a quiet area. There is a restaurant across the road, but no noise from it. Hotel offers breakfast, but we preferred to eat out. The sea is also very close by and an extremely easy stroll.

Can't really think of anything. You get what you pay for and we were very satisfied.

The location was amazing, nice, friendly woman who checked me in and gave me great advice around where to eat etc. Nothing was too much trouble. Room was big with a nice bathroom. Linen is getting a bit worn, but I liked the bed which was comfortable. Easy to walk to the beach, has a nice cosy feel and plenty of restaurants around.

There is a noise factor, firstly from the street and a bar that is loud at night, I used ear plugs and was jet lagged, so that helped. You also get noise from adjoining rooms, my last night was people scraping furniture, probably moving their suitcases etc. The view is a bit grim, but kind of interesting as well, some funny moments people watching across the road. Luckily, there are blackout curtains as bright lights shine in at night.

Really friendly welcome, very comfy beds, shutters on the windows to make the room pitch black if wanted and help keep out noise, very good air con, warm powerful shower, good sized room. Had a kettle and small fridge and plenty of plugs / USB points. Strong wifi. Small lift if needed. Excellent location able to walk everywhere. I stayed here for the Ironman and it was perfect.
