Shower gel just for the first day. If you arrive after 22:00 you have to be lucky enough to find someone else that wants to enter the building and has keys or, in our case, a delivery person. Studio 2 Is without balcony :( No room for luggage but nearby there’s a storage with 5 euro per day.

The location couldn't be better. It's also one of the cleanest apartments I've ever stayed in. Excellent communication via WhatsApp, with very polite people :) I was extremely satisfied with my stay and would recommend it to everyone

A few very minor issues: the shower drain could be better (studio 1), the Wi-Fi was a bit slow (but still usable), and the check-in process could be simplified (you need to call a French number to open the front door the first time).

The room was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The room and bathroom were very up-to-date. The location was excellent--safe, vibrant area.

The room is so small that there is literally no counter or furniture that you can open your suitcase on-- just the bed or floor. Also, the management company does not use WhatsApp for phone calls. One has to have actual cell service in France to make the call to be buzzed into the front door. This is the only place we stayed in Europe that didn't allow communication via WhatsApp.

Loved the location and the cleanliness.

The check-in process is a bit inconvenient, guests are required to make a phone call in order to be allowed into the main gate, which may be a problem for tourists travelling without a working European sim card. It would be easier to be buzzed in via a whatsapp message or a door code shared in advance. Guests should also note that there is no place to deposit one’s luggage in case of an early check in or late check out. The host does offer the option to leave your luggage at a different hotel, which is about 15 minute walk from the location of this property.

Fantastic location - just a couple of minutes from the beachfront, and around 15 minutes from the Old Town. There were loads of places nearby for breakfast and other meals, really spoiled for choice. Farida met us with the keys and she could not have been more helpful, as others have said. She also helped us with storing our luggage after we checked out which was very useful considering our flight was at 22.00 hours. Had we wished to eat in the room, then the facilities offered would have been more than enough. No complaints either about the comfort of the bed and the shower was excellent, something which was much needed given how warm it was in Nice, even at the start of October.

I think the room was somewhat over sold. To suggest that there was an outside eating area was pushing it, unless you fancied eating from a very small table that overlooked a very uninspiring inner courtyard. Our stay was for 4 nights. We did not get daily housekeeping, just one visit to empty bins and do some other small work after 2 nights. Our towels were not changed. The toiletries, which were described as free, were 2 very small cakes of soap and 2 small bottles of shampoo - for 4 nights? That was very poor. However, overall the pros outweighed the cons and we would go back. We just think that some small changes would greatly improve the offering.

We stayed in the apartment for a whole week and just returned from Nice today. The location is perfect, with everything within walking distance, including the beach and attractions. The rooms were very clean and had everything we needed. I would like to highlight the amazing hospitality of Farida, which was evident right from the beginning of our trip. Farida was always available and helped us with any questions we had. If we ever return to Nice, we will definitely stay with Farida again!

Farida was amazing host, I came early but still she came in person to show me how to get to the property and take me through the checkin in process, she was so kind and precise. location was great and the room was soo quiet even though just outside there were many bars and restaurants that were full of people. The place is not that big, but it has everything you need. Thank you Farida for being helpful and awesome. I hope to see you again in the future!! MJ

We were met by an extremely charming lady Farida, the caretaker - perfect welcome. We were quite surprised that the studio was much nicer than expected. It was very clean and spacious for 2 people. The kitchen has everything one needs, even though we only used it for breakfast and aperitif (on the nice little balcony). The windows are quite soundproof, so even if it's in a busy neighborhood, we were not disturbed by outside noise during our 3-night stay. We even slept with the window open one night (we live in a house in the countryside, so we're noise sensitive people). The location is great. Extremely close to the sea, restaurants, old town, etc. And there's a tram 7 min away that takes you straight to the airport. Very nice for a long weekend at the beginning of Spring.

We loved the room it was located in a very good place on the edge of the old town and a short walk to the beach. The apartment was spotlessly clean and It was a good size with plenty of room for 2 people. The balcony was quite small but adequate for sitting out and enjoying some fresh air. Farida met us on our arrival and was very friendly and helpful. She made our stay comfortable throughout. We would definitely recommend this apartment and if going back to Nice, we would book again.
