Great location - walking distance to Fresh Markets, Restaurants and Beach - Great city experience.

I guess I didn't realize that 2nd floor meant 4 sets of stairs. Being in our early 70's, going up and down several times a day was a good work out. The manager did help with our bags when we checked in when I realized there was not an elevator. Could have used some instructions on the air conditioning. Tried to turn it on and thought it did not turn on so we left a window open. Had a note from the manager saying please don't leave the windows open. No big deal!

The location was great, the room was clean and fittings were good quality and well though out. Shower spacious, hot and powerful. Proprietor was friendly and helpful and supplied pillows of a different thickness when we asked as well as bedmaking and fresh towels without being asked. Also lent us an umbrella against the rain showers!

The room was on the small side because the bathroom was incorporated into the bedroom space rather than being a separate en suite. The toilet was private within the room but shower and basin area on show. We didn't have a problem with the arrangement but a bit more information might be a good idea to enable guests to know what to expect

A really lovely self service style mini apartment experience which really gave you that feel of freedom to come and go as you pleased. Despite being close to a lively square with some lovely restaurants and cafes the windows were really effective at keeping any street noise out which surprised us. The little balcony was lovely to sit on and watch people going about their day. The location was excellent providing access to day and night life without any noisy drawbacks.

Initial access was a little unclear - there's a small sign on the door between a couple of shops and you need to buzz to be provided entry. There were no notes to do this at the door (which makes sense!) but making this clear before hand would have been helpful. Nothing that a quick phonecall didn't solve and once you were checked in you're provided with the keycode.

Excellent location - situated in a square surrounded by great nightlife, restaurants, bars and shopping. Only a short walk to the beach also! The room was nice. Be aware that the shower is in the room and the shower door is see through so keep this in mind if you like privacy in the shower :) the host and his mother were also so lovely. He helped us with our bags up the steps - be prepared for them they are a little bit brutal but good exercise!

excellent location in the old quarter and shops with a 40 second walk to the sea front. Staff were wonderful. family run business. Nothing was a problem for them . Small rooms but clean and tidy every day. Hotel is unmanned during evenings and there is a code for the front door. Not really a problem though. There are only five rooms in total.

five flights of stairs to get to the hotel door. It didn't bother me but could be a problem for some people. The shower and wash facility are in the same room as the bed. Only a glass partition screened the shower off. Once again, It didn't bother me as I was alone but It may bother other couples. It was very clean and the landlady cleaned the room every morning.

The hotel is located in the center, near promenade des anglais and all the restaurants. we were welcomed very well at the reception, we were able to leave our luggage on the last day until late at night, the room is very clean and equipped with everything you need: coffee, hair dryer, towels and bathroom items. for the price of 8 euros you can also have a delicious breakfast in the room. top we will be back

Superb newly renovated tastefully. One should note that there are about 60 stains as it is on third floor NO LIFT Fist access is impossible until one has the code which should be given to you before entry.. Staff welcoming and efficient. Breakfast is extra and is continental adequate with fresh orange juice ,best croissant ever, with fresh bread and preserve tea and of coffee served in room. or from tea/coffee tray provided in room The small balcony of the room onto very nice street was a good place to breakfast. Easy access to Nice City and efficient transport systems and easy walk to Promenade des Anglais

Easier access system and number of steps

The location was perfect for us to explore Nice. The room was comfortable and had a balcony. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean and bright with a balcony. The staff was friendly and early luggage drop off wasn't a problem. No elevator, so it would be a challenging place to stay if stairs were a problem.

Our stay was amazing. Everything was even better than we expected. The room was clean and big enough for one week stay. The staff was really kind and always smiling. They cleaned the room every day and make sure everything was good with us. Location of the suites is perfect. The area is pretty and clean and there are lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The beach is in walking distance. All in all we give 5 stars to these suites and would happily come back again. Thanks again! ♡

Very well located in centre of Nice, easy short walk to town. Very comfortable,clean, good bathroom within the room and lovely staff. Nice coffee/tea in room for the morning. Bit of a walk up to the hotel entrance within the building but if you’re ok with that it is all excellent. Thanks for great stay and we’d like to return!
