This is an amazing location, right on the beach, next to the old town and only a 9 minute walk from the train stop to get to the airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful, we had our infant son with us and they were very helpful getting the baby chair for breakfast etc. There is a nice selection of food for breakfast, the breakfast room has beautiful views. The L'Occitane products in the bathroom are a lovely touch. We would definitely come back to this hotel again.

The pool has only space for a few chairs beside it, so it's not ideal for bringing little kids into it, but the hotel is at the beach so there isn't as much need for the pool. We didn't realise on check in that a deposit of €100 per night would also be taken from the card along with the room rate, it would be helpful if this was mentioned on the website or in the booking email to be prepared in advance.

Great Location. Fantastic Breakfast. Comfortable Room with a great view. Large and modern washrooms. We would consider staying here again.

Service to the room was a bit slow. But expected in Europe so no issues.

This hotel was perfect for our needs. The rooms were big, and the beds were incredibly comfortable - like a 5 star hotel fluffiness! The people on reception were helpful and friendly. The 7th floor is a great place to hang out if you have a late flight - you can opt for a late checkout and just lounge around the pool until your taxi arrives. All in all, a very practical, comfortable place to stay.

The smell of the corridors was a little overpowering - kind of a sewage smell covered up by lots of room air freshener. They were upfront about the issues they had been having, though, and gave us a free upgrade.

The view from our room/balcony was amazing! The location was good...easy to walk to restaurants, shopping and old town area, as well as being easy to reach via car. Valet parking was a nice perk, as was having a SIXT car rental office next door. So much easier to leave car there, as opposed to the airport.

Our 9th floor room was right under the rooftop restaurant. It sounded like they were dragging the tables and chairs across the floor, which was loud and clear in our room every night! We thought the room could have been appointed a bit nicer for the price of the room. And we absolutely HATE duvets!! They are miserably uncomfortable in the summer months. While they may save work and time for the housekeeping staff, that cost savings is significantly offset when the a/c gets turned down to make sleeping even remotely possible.

The Duty Manager, Yazmin together with their Health & Safety Manager (I'm sorry I didn't get his name) both provided exceptional service. Thank you so much to both of them!

The cleaner who cleaned my room (ROOM 970 - Executive Room with terrace, sea and garden view) kept forgetting to replenish coffee supply things like milk, wooden sticks (teaspoons no longer seem to be supplied) and even Room Service Breakfast Form! These are very basic things so can't understand why the cleaner kept forgetting these things which was only rectified after I complained.

Stayed in the hotel last week. This is our 3-d stay in Le Meridien Nice and we had a wonderful experience with this hotel in previous years. Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere. Very good breakfast. Room was well equipped and comfortable. Bed also very comfortable. Staff in this hotel is very friendly. Room service was excellent. Personal Thanks to room Administrator Goar. Goar was very friendly and very professional. Also, she helps us with the hotel information and guided us regarding local area information and city attraction. This is huge benefit for the hotel to have this kind of people as they are known what they are doing. Thank Le Meridien !

The hotel is on an excellent location, one could hardly find a better one in Nice. It is in the middle of the promenade, near the city center and the old town, the best beaches are just across the street, front-facing rooms have a magnificent view of the whole bay. Our room was spacey and with a large and comfortable bed.

Our floor had dark corridors without a single painting or a picture on the wall. This was in stark contrast with our room where we could enjoy stylish photos with Nice-related themes.

location was excellent. Breakfast, stuff service was excellent. Food was OK.

Checking out. The stuff attitude was like post officer. She didn't say even thank you. No appreciation was shown. She said just "you done!" and passed the tiny receipt with no smiling. She should say at least thank you and have a safe trip, what ever.....That would be world common sense. Checking out is the last minute matter. It is very important. If the stuff is great for us, the impression of all about the hotel become very good.If not, it is going to be opposite way. I think real "Hotel Man" is going, going and gone.
