Breakfast was not what you would expect in a 4 star. Had to boil a kettle to make a cup of tea. People had to look their own eggs with mini cast iron pans on a hot plate. (A small hot plate that only one person could use at a time) Restaurant itself was nice and clean. Lack of choice in the hot food. Each morning was scrambled eggs pre-made, sausage and plant based sausage. Some pastries, cheese, salad, cereals etc Choice of juices Coffee machine

The room was a little tired - needs painting around door frames and walls in room. breakfast - all self service no table service staff with drinks etc

Friendly and helpful ladies at reception, let us use rooms early. Hotel is right in the center of everything.

Run-down room, with bare basics. I stayed during low season but can imagine that place gets really noisy during summer months.

The hotel is centrally located within few minutes walk to the old town. Check in and out was quick thatnks to the lovely receptionists. Our room was clean with amazing sea view. The breakfast was basic but had sufficient options to choose from. The waitress was very polite and helpful.

The carpet in the room had seen better days and in my view is due for replacement. There were no slippers in the room. The balcony was symbolic, but we were out and about most of the time so didn't really matter.

The rooms were very nice and comfortable and the location is just perfect.

The location is the best 5 min to the beach and so central there are lots of good restaurants and shops around The room was big enough for 2. I was worried about my money and phone because of the previous comments written here. But there is a safe in the room we locked our wallets before going to the beach. Other then that I was also worried about the moldy/ smelling carpet which was also written here as a comment but we stayed on the 3 rd floor and the carpet was clean and relatively new may be they made these conditions better I don’t know but I can share my own experience here and I can say the room was clean and comfortable. the guys at the reception was very friendly House keeping Stuff was also very friendly and helpful.

Our room ( which has a backyard view) didnt have a balcony and also we didn’t have a place to hang our wet swimsuits and towels. This was the only problem about the hotel. I don’t know how the rating for a hotel is done but I would say it is a 3 star hotel not 4 because of the basic equipment and facilities which were also ok but not 4 stars but 3

Quite a spacious room and mostly adequate bathroom. Breakfasts included in the tariff were generous (full breakfast available), helpful staff at reception. Lovely location overlooking the sea. Very close to the La Vielle Ville (the old town) in Nice - within walking distance.

Couldn’t have the doors on to the terrace open at night because of the heavy traffic (particularly motor bikes!) up and down Promenade Anglais. Room was a bit stuffy as a result. Shower/bath could be a bit of a challenge. No handles to assist those who might need help getting in and out of the very deep narrow bath. Shower left the bath mat and floor very wet.

The hotel was excellent in a fantastic location and both my wife and I loved our holiday. The location is on the doorstep of the promenade and beach as well as within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The city train station is only 20 minute enjoyable walk. The bed was very comfortable and helped get great night sleeps 😀

The superior double with garden and sea views looked onto works at the side of the hotel. While the room was large, clean and comfortable it was a little tired and a small refurb to paint room and change the carpet would improve from good to excellent 👌

Easy to check in, staff very helpful and English very good. Great location and easy access to beach, city, restaurants and bars. Considering in the centre of town very little noise at night. Train station easy to get to as well.

The location is absolutely perfect, we loved it and walked almost everywhere. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide range of healthy choices which was very important for us. The bed was also fantastic, large and comfy. The stuff was very helpful and polite.

some minor things. There were not enough electrical plugs in the room (for example next to the big mirror), and I couldn't plug in my hair iron, because it wasn't compatible with the plug in the bathroom. There was no wastebin in the toilet.

Rooms were clean, although air conditioner needs to be deep cleaned. Staff was friendly

If you are for the first time there, there wont be any suggestions or whatever from the staff: so if you ask, you will receive an answer, if not-take care for yourself. Kinda neutral connection, each should decide it for him/her self whether it is good or bad.
