Location was great, staff and everything was very clean.

Can get very noisy depending what room you have due to walls being paper. We got woken up at 4am by next door face timing Americans.

I really liked this small property. Charm charm charm!! If you are expecting a 24 hour reception, this is not for you. This place is all about comfort and location. Great for solo You need to notify when you are arriving and they meet you for check in. Once checked in , you are on your own which I like. The staff is wonderful! The room was very clean. They had water in mini fridge. My only slight complaint was the bed was so soft but some love that so it’s all personal preference The shower was great. There is a lift as it on 3 floor. I had a balcony room which was amazing. Right overlooking the lively pedestrian street When u close the windows, the sound from streets was minimal. I had no trouble sleeping I thought the price for the room/location was excellent It can be a bit mysterious to find as I was looking for large sign but the hotel name plaque is small on side of door/wall ( just a note for future travellers) Coffee shop right downstairs opens early and great cappuccino. Tons of restaurants. You are in center of everything!! The ac worked good although I had a slight issue I absolutely would stay here again!!

The location along Rue Massena was ideal. We had easy access to the tram that connects to the train station. The promenade, shops and beach were a short stroll away The room was very quiet considering it is located just above a very busy street and area. The hosts were friendly and knowledgeable about the area.

The room was very small. If you have more than one suitcase per person, you may find you will be navigating your luggage on the floor as you move through the room. With that said, we did not spend any time in our room so the impact of a small room was almost nil.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the city center of Nice. The location is perfect very central and easily accessible, making it convenient to walk to many attractions, shops, and restaurants. The room was comfortable, clean, and nicely maintained, providing everything I needed for a pleasant stay. What stood out the most was the host very kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with recommendations and assistance.

The room was extremely clean and the bed very comfortable. With the window closed there was very little noise from outside the hotel. The air con worked well. Located a few steps from the Masséna, and on a lively street full of restaurants and shops. And a short walk to the sea and to the old town. The nearest Tram stop from the airport is Jean Médicin, the nearest tram stop to the main train station or to Port Lympia is around 100m. Any small problem we had was quickly remedied. The receptionist was extremely helpful and easy to chat to, she let us leave our luggage on departure day until we left around 11am.

Not that we didn't like but could easily be remedied, a towel rail to hang the larger towels so they can dry more easily. Even a clothes maid would be handy to dry bathing suits and beach towels. A larger shelf in the bathroom with a lip to stop things falling off so easily. A luggage rack to store a suitcase. I think we stayed longer than the average traveller. Possibly some baskets or something on the storage/hanging area for smaller items like underwear so they don't fall off as there isn't a back or edges so we ended up leaving our clothes in our cases. There was occasional inside noise people returning, mainly door key noise – this is bound to wake you up for a bit because you are not used to it.

I want to give a special thanks to the BHNN and especially to the girl who works in the reception. She made me feel so welcome (which unfortunately I didn’t feel that much during the rest of the trip) and gave me so many suggestions. The room is big enough considering to the standard in France, very clean and the bed is comfortable. The location is perfect just few minutes walking distance from the beach and it’s exactly in the city center. However the room is in the courtyard so you don’t hear anything from outside.

Most of all I’m grateful for the great welcoming and all support from the staff - they are real professionals! The bedding was good too, and I didn’t really hear any noise from the vibrant street, thanks to good windows and perfect AC.

I didn’t like the “old style” hairdryer, although understood the point of the owners. Hope the hint I gave will be taken into account. Also, you may well hear the guests next door - thank God it wasn’t for long in my case.

The location was great. The staff were wonderful. The accommodations were clean and spotless.

The double bed consisted of two single mattresses with a seam and depression in the center of the bed which was very uncomfortable for a couple. We were disappointed as it was advertised as a double bed. The size of the room would have been wonderful for a single person but tiny for a couple.

It’s Ana amazing property ,it’s in downtown just walking distance to beaches to shops restaurants Marino is just down the building you can enjoy the ice cream all the time.room is perfect for one person if you want with balcony for a couple they already have very good price for such a location I will come again for sure.

The location of this property cant be directly reached by a taxi but it is very very close to a taxi pickup and drop off location. The instructions to get to the hotel were excellent with an easy to follow picture. The member staff at the hotel was excellent, very friendly, very helpful and was very informative about the are. The location of the hotel is great, right by all the bars and restaurants but the rooms are far enough away where you don't hear any noise. The room we were given (as we booked last minute) was a little small but was very comfortable and the bathroom was big enough. The other rooms seemed a lot more spacious but it wasn't an issue for us as it was so nice.

The lift is a little small but that was the only issue. The hotel, staff and room were all excellent.
