Early check in. Friendliness of staff. Location. Value for money.

Don’t like when the restaurant staff answers back in French when you try to ask something. My French is limited, and it’s an international hotel.

The room is ideally located near the Place Massena, Promenade des Anglais, and the Nice market. Getting to the hotel from the train station or the airport is very easy. A 10-minute walk brings you to the train station, offering convenient access to other parts of the French Riviera (Cannes, Eze, etc.). The staff at the hotel are outstanding and highly informative.

The size of the room was a disappointment but was very comfortable.

Did not have hotel breakfast. Numerous cafes nearby. Helpful welcoming receptionist Nina. Tho having to pay extra for early arrival / occupation of my room - I hadn’t ever had this before. Fantastic location, a very short walk from Messini. Absolutely beautuful!

Disliked the room layout: toilet in a cupboard next to sofa area, then go to bathroom to wash hands. No need for 2 basins / sinks on bathroom - far better to have toilet and one basin / sink. Very peculiar design. Also tea provided in room, but no coffee. Old fridge; no water provided.

The hotel is in a perfect location in the center of Avenue Jean Medecin. Walking distance from amazing and best restaurants, shopping centers, etc... The staff are friendly and professional and the hotel is warm and cozy

The hotel looks modest on the outside but it's very nice overall. The location is great, very close to Place Massena and the tram line 1. The railway station is only two trams stops away. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had two special requests regarding the room and they accommodated both. The room was spacious enough for me and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good. I would definitely stay there again when I visit Nice.

Very friendly, helpful staff 10/10! Made us very welcome. Rooms very clean and beds comfortable. Out flight was not until the evening and they let us leave luggage on last day after checkout. Would def stay here again. Superb location 5 mins walk to shops and restaurants.

Room quite small. Bathroom very small. Two people could not be in it at one time. Only one mirror and it was in the bathroom. I went with a friend so we had to take turns getting ready and putting make-up on. We spent very little time in the room so it served us well and location more than made up for it. They could really do with a 2nd mirror in the main bedroom. Breakfast expensive at 14 Euros so we only ate it once at the hotel.

The room was large and offered ample storage space and included a small refrigerator. The bed was large and comfortable. Everything was clean and the windows were sound blocking. Also good air circulation in the room.

Two of the three bed pillows were too big and hard. The bathroom looked to be newly redone which was nice, but we didn't care for the rain shower head, you get water and soap in your eyes. The bathroom sink had a smell of sewer gas, not pleasant. The light over the sink is too dim. The wifi was minimal at best, things took a long time to load, quite slow. The breakfast room is small, crowded and too warm and stuffy. We didn't attempt to eat there.

This property was located in the heart of Nice, a wonderful spot with easy access to the supermarket, shops, pharmacies etc. The room we booked was well sized and spacious, and compared to other reviews I have seen, our toilet/basin/shower were all in the one bathroom. It was a comfortable apartment for our stay in Nice.

The air conditioning was not strong enough for very hot days. Some parts of the room were outdated, like the hairdryer and mini fridge. TV was also very small.

I had a great stay at this hotel—right in the center, super close to square Masséna! The building isn’t new, but the renovated rooms are comfy, and the staff is very friendly and attentive. The only issue for me was the thin walls—my neighbors were quite loud, which was a bit annoying. Still, a great place in a perfect location! Would come back

The payment for the 1st night is demanded in advance, and it is not via the booking platform, even after doing that, you keep getting notified of the credit card 'not accepted' on booking.com app..... The wifi is next to impossible to connect on Iphone for some reason, spent more time trying to connect than surfing internet (worked fine on Android). The hairdryer didnt work in my room + the temperature of water is either too hot or too cold.
