ALL PERFECT! Really everything was so good, all facilities, decoration, cleanliness, staff, smooth check-in, and located in the best part of nice in almost the most beautiful city with best access to the sea and everything! So much better than the photos! Elevator for the luggage. Kettle per request, more blankets per request, good wifi, A lot of place to put things, nice and big toilet and veryyyy clean, nice and good smell liquid soap, also almost everywhere they remind you of our beautiful planet and a sustainable travel which I love! Staff are all sooooo kind! We extended our stay for 4 more nights! So reasonable price and almost the best you can find in Nice!

I recently stayed at H33, for 7 nights and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The service was great, with Michelle, at the reception going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-maintained, providing a level of comfort that mostly met our expectations for a budget hotel. The amenities were more than adequate, as we requested with kitchen access and the location was convenient for exploring the area. Overall, H33 offered excellent value for money, making it a perfect choice for budget-conscious travelers seeking reasonable service and comfort. Highly recommended! 🌟

I cannot find anything at this stage.

The room's location was excellent. The shower was a bit small, but it didn't bother us. The price-performance ratio was excellent. The bed was comfortable, and they provided beach towels. We stayed in a room with a balcony overlooking the street. We were pleased.

After the city tax was collected, I was asked again. Also, one employee had trouble helping; they might have some issues. I didn't really think much of it. But the other employees were very kind.

This hotel exceeded our expectations, we were supposed to stay in a hostel and at the last minute got a room here instead. The room was clean, perfect AC, and a spacious bathroom (for france). We also got automatically upgraded to have a large rooftop terrace which was AMAZING to dry our clothes and eat snacks on. The hotel staff was very kind, and the linens were clean. Location was great, we took the train most days to other beaches but it was about 15 mins walk to the train and had many shops and cafes around. We’d definitely stay here again.

Good location, super close to a tram station and pretty close to the Nice Ville train station. And staff are helpful. Luggage can be deposed in the reception. The staff even helped us to put our luggage in the room directly when we arrived.

I just realized that when I ordered the room, it described that the room should contain a balcony, however it didn’t. And we needed to pay extra for city tax, while I found out that it was also contained when we paid the whole price in the Booking.

This hotel definently exceeded our expectations. The location was amazing, and it's definitely a great hotel for this price. It is located on Avenue Jean Medecin, just a 10-minute walk from the Old Town. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the view was stunning. The bathroom was a bit small, but considering all the positive aspects, you forget about it! When I come back to Nice, I will definitely stay here again!

Bed was firm, but comfortable. The room was a good size for just me. Having the juliet windows and balcony was nice to open up and get some air and soak in the city vibe. TV had lots and lots of channels which was nice. The hotel is bang in the centre of town, so is an easy walk away from the train station, the beach, old town etc. Really great location.

The shower was a little on the small size. I am an average built guy and I found it hard, those of a larger build may find it difficult. The toilet was a little high. I am 1.8m and my feet were almost tip toe to the ground when I sat down. However, great stay in a nice hotel!

The staff were lovely and super welcoming, they had beach towels and beach umbrellas to take to the beach and the were more than happy to help with any query we had. The location was PERFECT, 5 min walk to Promenade de Anglais, 10 mins to Old Nice and the bar district and only 15 mins to Nice-Ville, the main train station in Nice. Super close to shops and there’s a direct tram from the Airport!

The walls are a bit thin but it wasn’t bad enough to bother any of us.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean, the view from the window was nice as well. The location is excellent, it takes 10 minutes by foot to get to the beach and Place Masséna, and the hotel is next to a tram station. The street was quiet and the cars could not be heard from the room with the windows closed.

The room was very small, the shower was hard to get in and out of and the TV had few channels working.

The room was practical, we really enjoyed the balcony for its intimacy and view

Very thin walls, that means you get to hear pretty much everything from the room next to you, from the toilet flushing to discussions and screams. We had a bit of an issue with this, even though we called at the reception for help and the man did come snd tried to speak with out neighbours, we had to go individually to speak again, asking them to be quiet so we could sleep. So better pack some earplugs.
