Really enjoyed our stay. In fact we stayed twice on separate occasions at the start of our trip and again at the end. Lovely pleasant receptionist and the other people staying at the hotel seemed like decent people too.

I had to go to reception on our second stay and it there was a seedy man there who gave me the up/down look. I felt so uncomfortable! I think he knew the receptionist because they carried on talking in French. I made sure he didn’t follow me back to my room (was with my partner anyway) but it was rather unsettling and I wouldn’t have wanted to be a solo traveller.

- Had an overall pleasant stay, the location is exceptional, being 10 minutes either from the beach or the train station and only a few minutes from the tram. - Receptionists are really friendly and helpful; being flexible with most things including the check-in, allowing us to leave baggages there for a few hours on our departure day etc.

- No remote control for the AC, but if you ask for it at the reception they'll adjust it for you. - There is an additional fee which is not included in the Booking price for local taxes, however apparently it's the case for all accomodations within Nice.

Hotel has amazing location, 2 minutes walk from the main shopping street and tram station, 10 minutes walk from the beach and 10 minutes walk from the Nice Ville train station. Hotel is next to a huge shopping mall and huge grocery store and several amazing restaurants. Staff in hotel is supper nice and kind, hotel is clean and comfortable. No elevator but only 3 floors, we were on the floor 2. Rooms are very nice looking with comfortable bed and pillows, windows are big, room is bright and has a nice view. We were more than happy with our stay and we can recommend this hotel to everyone.

Bathroom in our room didn't have a bathtub, just a shower, and the space is kind of small. I am a average sized girl and I had barely enough space in the shower cabin. It was not an issue for me, but for a larger person I think it could be an issue. Other than that, everything about the hotel was perfect.

The hotel is as pictured, quite clean and nice. The location was right in the city center, just a few steps away from the pedestrian zone. They also allowed us to leave our baggage with them since our flight was late. They gave us a better room than requested with an additional bed, so that was a pleasant surprise. Also, the terrace had a charming French vibe.

During the night, a few times we couldn't sleep due to the extremely loud neighbors above us. We're not sure what they were doing, but the banging was intense and loud enough to wake us up. Nevertheless, I don't think it's the hotel's fault, even though the walls are thin.

Cozy room situated in a street full of asian restaurants. Big street views both from bathroom and bedroom windows but easy to make the rooms more “private”. The bed is slightly small for two people but comfortable nonetheless, and we were provided with two heavier blankets for the colder weather. Very walkable area and nice staff. Definitely recommend staying :)

The bed was slightly small for two people, you usually find small body wash/ shampoo bottles in hotels but there were none here.

A very well-located hotel in the centre of Nice, with fantastic shopping all around, this hotel met our needs perfectly as a group of four girls who wanted to shop, eat and party. We have a quadruple room, with all the necessities. We barely spent time at the hotel just because there was so much to see! we slept well, the bathroom was very clean, we had an abundance of towels and sheets, and overall, it was an excellent stay for a fun weekend. The Jean Medicin station that takes you to the airport (Tram #2) is a 4 min walk away, and the main train station to go to Monaco or Cannes is a 7 min walk away. You have everything need and if you're not too picky and want to spend money on great French food instead of a fancy hotel, then this family establishment is perfect for your needs and families too.

Nothing in particular, it met our needs perfectly.

As someone whose second language is English and doesn't completely understand French, I like the receptionists and their way of communicating with me. The Hotel's location is literally in the centre of Nice. The tram is just 200 m away and the Nice-Ville station is 10-15 minutes away. The room is so nice and comfortable.

The only downgrade of this Hotel is there's no elevator or lift. I have to carry my heavy luggage all the way to the second floor. But I think it's the way the hotel was built.

Amazing small hotel in 5 minutes walk from Massena Square and around 10 minutes to the beach. Room was clean. The lovely ladies at the reception were helpful and kind. There were a fridge and microwave downstairs. The bed was comfortable. Good value for money.

My room had a view to the street, therefore it was noisy. Maybe the opposite view to the yard would be better and calmer.

Beautiful view from the window of our room. Situated 3 min walk from tram stop to take you into the old town. Staff very friendly. An older hotel with character and charm.

The only thing negative I can say is the beds are not super comfy & the reception desk was not being manned much when we were there, but we did visit in the off season.

Staff were the sweetest people. They helped us a lot. We could use plates, cutlery, microwave, and fridge, so it was perfect. The location is amazing. Very safe and super close to any sightseeing, tram, supermarket, and train station.

The room could've been cleaner. It was okay, but the bedsheets didn't feel very clean.
