Very convenient location — close to trams and the train station, within walking distance of a supermarket and a free beach. Friendly staff. Our room had a partially renovated bathroom with good hot water pressure. It’s convenient that everything needed for a comfortable stay is available, including a kitchenette where you can prepare breakfast.

The hotel is located in an old building, so some areas could use renovation, but there’s nothing critical — everything is functional. The Wi-Fi connection is poor. It’s noisy outside the windows, but we simply closed them at night and slept very well.

The location was fantastic. It was halfway between the train station and the beach - perfect combo as my friends and I called it. The room was small , but we had everything we really needed: plenty of towels and toilet paper, a small kitchen, enough space for luggage etc. The staff were really kind and let us leave our bags for a few hours.

There are a lot of homeless people but that occurs for every part of Nice, not just this street. The street is just one turn off from the main one so that is not really a problem.

Room was tidy and comfortable; it had kitchenette facilities though I didn't use them. Location was very convenient being 5 minutes from the Jean Medecin tramstop coming from the airport. I needed relatively low-cost accommodation and -- travelling alone with valuables -- I didn't want to stay in a shared room in a hostel. I would stay there again in similar circumstances.

Nothing in particular with the accommodation itself. The room price was high compared to what I have paid elsewhere, but that reflects local market conditions and time of year.

From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed. The hotel's location was perfect, making it easy to explore the city without any hassle. But what really stood out was the staff—kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their warmth made our stay feel special. One thoughtful touch that made a difference was being able to leave our backpacks at the hotel after checkout. A wonderful experience from start to finish—highly recommended, and we can’t wait to return!

Nothing to mention here.

Central location, amazing staff, clean and safe room! We could borrow sun umbrellas and beach mats for free, ask for anything. We felt very safe in our room and it's great that you could cook and refrigerate food and drinks.

Hotel is in need of renovation. Doors do not isolate noise too well, so we could hear other guests. Note: nothing to do with the hotel, but there were homeless people and drug addicts on the same street when coming back from Jean Medecin. Take a turn next to Monoprix instead of the Etam store to avoid them when coming back at night.

The location is great in the centre of town, about 10 minutes walk to the beach and old town. Very close to public transport. The room was as we expected for the price and very clean. The staff member we met was absolutely lovely and very helpful. There’s an elevator too which is a great addition especially in Europe.

The room and bathroom are very small but this is to be expected for the price and just for Europe accommodation in general.

Convenient location as it is walking distance to shops, restaurants, transportation, places to visit. Comfortable stay. Friendly and accomodating staff are great. Able to store luggages even after checkout is a plus. Microwave, hairdryer, kettle, small fridge, plates, cutlery etc. provided.

This is not a criticism to the property itself but the street has an unpleasant smell. Homeless and addicted people seem to be based on this street. Due to this, it feels a bit unsafe when walking alone to the property. But otherwise, the location is good. Noise from other rooms can be heard. Wifi a bit weak in the room but is more stable along the corridor.

The staff were friendly and obliging. The location was really as good as it gets - literally a 30-second walk from Notre Dame and a five- to ten-minute walk to restaurants and the beach. There is little to do in Nice, but this is typical of any oceanside city. The accommodation was typical of French size, but it had everything you needed. An ensuite, bed, and kitchenette. I'd happily stay here again.

As a non-smoker, you could smell the cigarette smoke wafting in under the door of an evening, but it was nothing that an open wi dow or the aircon couldn't resolve. The matress does need to be replaced. The huge indent where everyone tends to sleep gives it away.

This is the second time I stayed in this hotel in just a few days. I was given better room this time, with bigger and more comfortable bed. Staff at the reception was chill. Shower is big, definitely better than the previous one.

There was no soap of any kind in the bathroom, which is something I have never encountered in any hotel before. Let's say that's all, definitely more pleasant stay than a few days ago.

Location is right in the centre of town - less than a 15 minute walk to the beach, and less than a 5 minute walk to all the shops and restaurants you could want. The apartment came with a functional kitchenette which allowed me to cook at home, keeping costs down while travelling. The cost of the stay was great value.

The apartment is not expensive so don't expect 5 star luxury accommodation - you get what you pay for. But everything was clean and functional. The street the hotel is on does have a group of homeless people that sometimes camp out at the entrance of the street so be aware of that. This is a function of being in the city centre though, unfortunately there are people struggling with homelessness throughout the city. The group on this street did not bother me during my stay.
