Great location in the center of the old Nice. Convenient to the train, tram, and buses where you can get to the beach, port, or anywhere easily. Lots of food places nearby. Lift was working well, room was clean, spacious, and had a nice view to the courtyard! Breakfast was had lots of tasty options and the staff, especially Cindy, were very helpful and friendly. This hotel was wonderful and helped to calm my solo trip nervousness.

No room for a pool :)

The hotel was a 20 minute drive from the airport, so not too far! The hotel was very quiet and we booked here simply as we wanted a roof over our head to sleep as we done so much exploring, so for that reason it was great! The room was minimalistic and quite small, but was just right! It had a safe, mini fridge (empty, for you to use and add things to!) a few coat hangers, long mirror, coffee machine (pods) and TV!

The coat hangers were above the table with the coffee machine, so we couldn't hang things properly. Not a big drama, just a bit annoying! We also wish the signage outside the hotel was lit up, as it would look so cool!

Beds were soooo comfy and hotel was really quiet, we never heard other guests. It was such a nice place to come back to after a long day. Really great value for money, usually you feel pretty ripped off in certain cities in Europe, I thought that would be the case in Nice but not at all. This hotel was super comfortable and I would stay again!

The hotel was comfortable, well-equipped. We felt well. The garden looks perfect, the common areas are new and clean. The location is close to everything, there are a lot of shopping opportunities close to the hotel. The public transport is available within 1-2 minutes, the train station within 10 minutes, as well as the coast. The furniture of the room is very practical and easy to keep clean.

The walls of the room are quite dirty, a white wash would be necessary. We asked for a knife and a spoon, but we were not provided referring to the decision of the management. All the other things were perfect. I would recommend the hotel.

Hotel was nice, tidy, a very basic hotel. It was just off the main street so that it was calm and quiet during the nights (at least off season), but close enough to restaurants, shops and the beach.

There was a little ant invasion in the common room. Squeeky floors. Breakfast was not included.

Nice and modern room. The receptionist(s) was very friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. Location is good and central. We had a room with a small balcony towards the backyard. It was very quiet. There was a motorized sunscreen that made it possible to make the room very dark, which was wonderful for sleep. The air conditioner was easy to set and was quiet.

The breakfast was ok, but would have been better if the refill of ham and cheese was done better. The breakfast was still better than the alternative at the bar in the corner of Jean medicine.

The front desk staff were awesome. Polite, kind and were at their station every time I passed thru the lobby. I was always greeted both in and out the door. One assisted me with getting a taxi for an early flight. The hotel was in a perfect location: a couple of blocks to a grocery store, several restaurants, the Basilica and 8 minutes to the train station and close to the tram and bus.

Room staff didn’t refill the coffee daily on several days and one day I had no towels. Other than that they were great.

The backyard was lovely and the rooms were a good size in an accessible location very close to Nice-Ville and Jean Medecin stations.

We didn't realise that the breakfast weren't available during our stay, it would have been good to be warned beforehand.

Very spacious rooms, clean and modern. Def would stay again here, and close to everywhere… the metro, and the beach and shops and restaurants

Area may seem run down Abit, but it’s literally 10m away from the modern strip, so wouldn’t even consider location bad
