We had an absolutely amazing stay at Boutique hotel nice Côte d’Azur! The location, facilities, cleanliness and especially staff - all were fantastic! Our very special thank you to Samantha- incredibly polite, smiling, helpful, professional. We had a bit of a problem with ordering a taxi- since one evening neither taxis no uber were working properly (due to an international event in nice the traffic was horrendous!), and we were at risk to miss my husband’s birthday celebration at one of the Villefranche’s restaurant. And it was Samantha who literally saved the situation- she found a driver ( Teddy- thank you very much too- you were exceptional!)- who managed to bring us on time! Samantha also called the restaurant in case we will be late! Best wishes to Samantha- we simply can’t thank you enough! Thank you to Yann- your friendliness and advises were greatly appreciated! What a fantastic hotel! We've just returned from 5 nights staying here where we watched the Tour de France. The hotel is perfectly located a few steps from the station (but in a nice and safe neighbourhood) which meant getting around the Riviera was super easy. It was also just a short 15 minute walk directly down one road to the beach. The rooms were beautifully renovated and the bathroom was luxurious and spacious. The staff at the hotel were so friendly and helpful too - we'll definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone else wanting a trip to Nice. We've stayed at a few other hotels in Nice before but this has become our new favourite.

The hotel was just brilliant and the lady at reception when we were checking in was extremely helpful and kind. She gave us a map of Nice marking the best places to visit, and also gave us ideas for places to visit outside of Nice itself. She took the time to ask us what type of food we liked and gave us recommendations for places to eat, they were all brilliant! The rooms and facilities were modern, spotlessly clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring the City and the train station was close by making it easy to explore areas outside of Nice.

We didn't have any expectations, yet they were exceeded. The staff was very friendly, accommodating and helpful - they gave us great restaurant recommendation and information on what to visit. We were able to drop off our luggage before our room was ready, and also to have it stored after checkout until it was time to catch our plane back. We went to Nice in a slow season and we even got an upgrade on the room - very stylish and clean, we got a little complimentary breakfast and overall our experience is amazing.

This hotel has excellent new facilities. The room and bathroom are very spacious and modern, have really good design. On my departure, Anthony at the reception arranged for me to be taken by a limousine. The I car was very nice and the driver was well dressed and mannered. I had a short trip from this hotel to the train station. I needed to be transported by a car because I traveled with a large and heavy luggage. As this hotel located in a few steps from the train station, it was difficult for them to call a taxi. Anthony arranged a special transportation for me free of charge. i am very grateful and impressed. I enjoyed breakfast and on my departure I received a little package with some pastries.

Staff were all so lovely and welcoming, gave some really useful recommendations of places to visit and held our luggage at the hotel after checkout as our flight was later in the evening, meaning we could have a final stroll through Nice. Room was so beautiful and clean and location was excellent, less than 5 minutes walk to the Nice Ville train station. Overall a lovely hotel would definitely stay again if I visit Nice in the future!!

Only improvements I could suggest is sound proofing the walls connected to the corridors, I'm a light sleeper and the footsteps of other guests walking outside my door disturbed me a few times. Also, we did choose the breakfast option, though there was not the widest selection for vegetarians, but this wasn't a huge issue, really only needed a coffee and croissant then head out into town for a good brunch.

Excellent location, 3 min walk to the train station so I was able to visit multiple places on Côte d'Azur and 5 min walk to the Tram on Jean Medecin Avenue (central shopping street) and 15 min walking distance to the lovely old town of Nice. The hotel staff were very helpful and kind. The room service was very good.

There was a mistake with the pricing of the laundry service but the hotel staff were very kind to help settle the issue with the administration, and the fees were waived.

Overall, staff were extremely helpful. Gave us recommendations of where to go/what to do/see. The hotel is just off a road so at night time it’s quiet and you don’t hear any car noise. USB ports for charging devices so no adapter required. Train station is a 3 minute walk away & to Nice center about 10 minutes. On the last day we woke up and there was a small paper bag on the door with a croissant and pain au chocolate in it! Lovely touch from such a welcoming hotel. Will recommend this hotel to all my friends & family back home.

We overall enjoyed the stay, as the room we had was very pleasant, clean and spacious, with a nice modern bathroom, good quality toiletries and a comfortable bed. The temperature was nice and constant inside the room, and we could rest well. The staff was really nice, informative and quick to hand out whatever we needed or missed. We also enjoyed a nice quick breakfast the first day, and were gifted a few croissants on the morning of our departure as a nice goodbye gesture. It feel like even if the hotel building itself is a bit older, they but a lot of thought in improving comfort through the rooms and service.

I would say there's a general lack of space in the area, and even the hotel seems pretty "narrow", but that doesn't reflect in the size of the rooms, or in the quality of the stay. And while it's good to be close to the train station (if you plan to go out of Nice), the neighbourhood itself isn't the greatest (as in any city really).

Close to the station. Set back from Main Street. Loved the boutique style. Staff cannot do enough to assist or advise you on your trip. Little perks made it extra special. Beautiful rooms and lovely artwork by local artists

Only slightly noisy from local building works, which was nothing to do with the hotel itself. Did notice an odd smell in the room here and there but again Attributed it to building going on
