A beautiful, boutique hotel in the heart of Nice Old Town. Great communication from the team before traveling gave excellent information of traveling from the airport to front door. A friendly, simply reception. All staff only too willing to help, but you're free to come and go in your own time. Spotlessly clean. Room was a good size for that longer stay. Fridge was a godsend. The enclosed courtyard was the perfect place to relax after a busy day.

Not dislike, just observations: If you're over 6 foot tall the toilet is a squeeze. A small shelf in the fab walk-in shower would be helpful.

terrible Wifi. On for a few minutes then crashed. Clearly a problem in most of the hotel. quirky rooms layout small steps in rooms and corridors. we paid for superior room but viewed a different room (to try to resolve Wifi) with mezzanine bed and bathroom on floor below. Not for the slightly infirm! no info on any of this when booking.

Loved the understated style, simple and clean. Authentic old building well restored and in view of the cathedral. The staff were helpful and attentive. I felt very welcome and comfortable. Breakfast was simple but fresh and served on the small terrace outside with a view of the cathedral dome above us.

The only thing on our stay was the air con wasn't working on the 1st night, but that was fixed the next day. As it was a hot night we opened the window but it was loud from nightclubbers passing by. Our room could have done with another towel hook by the basin. Our room was compact but lovely. Not really room for large suitcases.

This hotel is in literally the most amazing location. It's so easy to get to from the tram and then you have so many eateries, shops and bars right on your doorstep. The room is very chic and comfortable. The terrace is the perfection location to sip a rosé and read your book after a day of exploring and eating. I wish I stayed longer and will definitely be back.

I wasn't expecting so many stairs, this probably wouldn't be ideal for someone with mobility issues. But I got used to it very quickly and this is only a very minor gripe.

The Room was in an amazing location. Right in the heart of old Nice. The room itself was very good. Nice big bathroom. And comfy bed. The pillows were a lightly flimsy (personal choice). The staff on the desk were very accommodating for our whole stay. Held our luggage for a few hours after chrck whilst we waited for train, as well as being flexible with check in. I would happily recommend to others.

At times, due to its central location noisy outside. But this was outweighed by the other positives of the location.

Liked the location although it could be a bit noisy at night and early morning. Loved the natural and calming feel of the place.

Lack of shelves and wardrobe too small for two. Having a shelf in the shower would have been useful. There is no way to dry your towels either. Safe deposit box did not work. Not quite enough hot water for two if you both wash your hair.

Great location in the old town a short walk from the flower market and seafront. There's a tram stop around the corner - I travelled from the airport by tram and it's very convenient and good value. The room was a generous space with a high ceiling and big window. Easy check in and the staff were very helpful.

The terrace was closed (too early in the season) and there isn't a lounge or communal space to hang out in - it's a small, boutique hotel. The wifi let me down and I needed to use my phone as a hotspot.

We went on a 5-hour Food and Wine Walking tour and when our local guide pointed out her favorite pastry, gelato, and candy shops in Old Nice, they were all within 500 feet of the Rossetti door! It is a short walk around the beach, past the port to the bus station to catch the #100 bus to Villefranche sur Mer. Great day trip for 3.00 euro each. Couldn't ask for a better location! Our room was #5 on the first floor above the lobby. Previous reviews from prior years complained about Street noise. The windows have all been replaced and the room is absolutely quiet when they are closed. Quiet and peaceful breakfasts on the second-floor patio! Michaela (sp?) was a superb hostess and offered us many interesting things to do during our stay! The Bistrot d' Antoine around the corner toward the beach was incredible! Such a wonderful dinner and very reasonably priced (Michaela's recommendation).

As others have stated, the stairs to the first level are steep. But not too big a problem, even for us old people! The hotel is located in a "pedestrian only" zone, so show your taxi/Uber driver Rossetti's location so they can get you as close as possible. We walked only a couple VERY short blocks, so it is really not a problem. We used Uber during our stay.

Fabulous location in the beating heart of Vieux Nice, lovely room with good quality amenities, exceptionally clean with daily housekeeping. Reception staff is friendly and responsive during office hour between 8A-6P. I was able to check in early which was much appreciated. They have hot water in the lounge area to make instant coffee and tea, a lovely little patio to enjoy anytime.

Wifi is spotty, I kept getting kick off and have to log back in repeatedly which is annoying. I had the street side room and it was noisy way past 3AM. It is very quiet between the shouting and screaming of party night owls, so it was disruptive to a good night sleep, even though the windows are sound proof. You should request quiet room at booking if that's important.

very clean, modern and close to everything in the old town

maybe better signage ..its quite confusing to find(even though they emailed instructions how to get there from the tram) the hotel frontage is just a single door....but i guess thats normal in the old town. it was definatly an adventure to find.
