The location was great. The two storey room was good. The balcony facing all the action, in the maill, restaurant and morning market wad great.

The owner should advise the guests, where to pick up the keys, before arrival. We arrived at the front door of the property, and there is nothing, to say that you are at the property. Will be very helpful if the massages, we send, will be answering in english. No, every tourist speaks french, this situation can be very annoying: considering that the majority of the tourists in this beautiful part of France, are British. The shower in my room, a bit small, the water come out, if you not carefull.

The location was excellent. It's very near the Opera de Nice, the sea, the antique markets, and restaurants. La Favola, Bocca Nissa, are a couple of places to have dinner. The apartment is located above Pain & Cie a place where you can have the offered breakfast, but does not stay open late. The restaurants nearby have waiting lines to get in and I managed to get a table. If that fails, there are other choices if you walk towards the Palais de Justice. The little balcony made you feel a part of the street life and though there was activity, it ceased just after midnight. Or you could close the French doors. I thought it was a very good choice.

The bathroom is upstairs. It's modern and more than adequate. But as one goes up the stairs there are plexiglass barriers but no handrails. This became a problem after trying the Chemin de Nietzsche and hurting my back. Take the bus from Eze Sur Mer to Eze Village instead!

Had an amazing time here. Location was one of the best. We loved being able to people watch all day, noise never bothered us. Spacious room and good facilities. Would stay here again! Our waiter downstairs was so friendly and made our stay amazing, loved seeing his smile everyday (can’t recall his name but maybe Fred? He loved NZ rugby!)

Breakfast meals were a bit disappointing but we were happy it was included in the price regardless! And Fred’s service really made up for the quality of the food.

The location and staff were great! The place is extremely close to the beach and many restaurants. Our room had a balcony, so it was nice to observe a lively street. Breakfast was simple, but very tasty, the croissants especially were amazing.

There are no lifts, so you have to carry your luggage upstairs. Due to the central location it was quite noisy, can be a problem if you're a light sleeper. Our bathroom had a faint drainage smell.

Perfect location - looks over the market in the Old Town. It was spacious enough for two people, had air conditioning, was clean, check in was easy through the cafe below (Pain & Cie - who also provide a free continental breakfast for guests) downstairs.

It has an open air bathroom loft up some narrow stairs - which was actually fine but I did close the curtains/put a towel over the glass barrier whenever I used the bathroom just in case. It was very spacious in the bathroom which I prefer over the tiny narrow bathrooms you get in most accommodation.

The room is ideally situated for the beach and all the amenities, central to restaurants, shops and the Old Town, breakfast was adequate bread, jams coffee and fresh orange juice, great balcony over looking the action, Fred was really helpful and appears a little brusque at first but he seems to work all the hours God sends..!

This is a plea to the owners of Room with a View :- YOU MUST FIT A HANDRAIL ..!!!! We stayed in room M and the staircase is an accident waiting to happen. There is no handrail on either side and it is totally scary negotiating the stairs up or down, particularly as the shower seems to block up and water runs to the top of the stairs. Wet soles are potential for catastrophe.If anybody fell from this height, the consequences would be possibly fatal..!! At least a handrail to the wall rather than a full balustrade, the glass panels that are there provide no use whatsoever, you would definately fall over them

Great location, great view, small terrace, everything you need is here - pedestrian area, beautiful restaurants, promenade, beach. Apartment is small but you have everything you need here. Toilet is upstairs and it is a little problem if you are tall!

Noisy at night, entrance hall is overbooked with some things probably from restaurant, same breakfast every morning (it is good but same croissants & butter & marmalades), toilet upstairs

The location is in the center of the old city action and therefore easy to get everywhere including the beach. The very frequent, inexpensive, easy tram to the train station is just about 3 blocks (easy walk). That tram also intersects with one to the airport, so unparalleled public transportation serves you optimally. Rooms are really well decorated. Breakfast was very nice outside at the bar downstairs with a busy , but attentive wait staff. Within a 5 block radius are grocery stores, many restaurants, gelato, more gelato , and at least as many bakeries. I would recommend Room with a Vue to anyone not needing lots of concierge assistances. It is different and fun. Good space and great bed.

I missed that I was to check in at the bar, so spent time looking for the "hotel". One night there was some loud (but decent Italian) singing until 1015. This is a busy area but with windows closed, the vibrant street scene did not bother us and is fun to watch from above. Some might not like having to go to the bar with any questions, but we did not need to do that.

Central location, boutique feel, definitely a room with a view.Only 50m from the beach. The area is very lively which provides a great atmosphere but wouldn't suit people looking for a quiet place. I would definitely stay here again.

Stair case to the bathroom was a bit low over the bed and at the entrance at the top. Would not suit anyone with back or knee issues.

The property was tastefully decorated and well constructed.

You had to crouch down to go to the bathroom when leaving the stairwell and entering the bathroom. Also, the windows don’t shut out the street noise very well. The street is noisy all night long. Someone sets up tables and chairs outside the restaurant at 4:45 am which is very noisy. One of the nearby restaurants was open until 2:30 am.
