The hotel is beautiful and in a great part of Old Town.

The only real negative about our stay was an issue with the staff. Because we arrived far earlier than check-in, we had the hotel check our bags so we could go out to explore. They were placed in a secure, locked room that was only accessible by employees. When we returned, it was obvious that someone had gone through our luggage. Our bags were unzipped and rifled through. And not just the exterior zippers. Someone had gone through the trouble of unzipping each individual pocket within the bags. Thankfully, we carried our passports and money on us and nothing major in was taken. It seems like the culprit was looking for cash.

The place itself and the room are neat and well designed. You can have a complete kitchen (very functional). The service is all top of the game, very friendly and helpful

Many rooms dont have much natural light beeing surounded by other buildings The parking might be very tricky (you need to park nearby in a public parking). Beeing in a very central location with restricted traffic is more difficult and get in and out. During weekends or events you wont find spots available and you need to google other parkig places. If you need to use a car, bring a compact one but for this location i would not recommend it. It's more suitable without as a pedestrian area.

The hotel was in the Old Town part of Nice, in an area with numerous restaurants, shops and sites. It was just a short walk to the main shopping area of Nice (Avenue Jean Medecine) as well as the Promenade Des Anglais along the waterfront. It's in a fantastic location in my opinion, as it's just off of the Palais de Justice which is sort of like a town square area (for the lack of a better term). There was always a courteous individual at the front desk to help out when needed, and they always greeted you the moment you stepped through the front door! The hotel room itself was rather unique, in that it had a two level design to it. We were traveling with our two older boys, and they slept upstairs (accessed via a spiral staircase), while my wife and I slept downstairs. There was a very nice amount of space in both areas, with a small kitchen and eating area downstairs (including a washer/dryer combo unit that we took full advantage of)! The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was of a good size as well. The room also had motorized window coverings which did a great job keeping the light out (two layers of room darkening coverings on each window, and there were two really large windows). Overall, I thought it was a wonderful hotel in a great location...

I honestly can't come-up with anything that we didn't like about this place. Highly recommended...

Very central location, everything within walking reach. Spacious room, excellent service, building in very good condition.

Need to bear in mind, that you are in the middle of old town full of cafes and restaurants thus there will be some noise during the night.

The hotel is beautiful, luxurious, and well appointed. The staff is amazing: warm and friendly, always eager to help, always willing to go above and beyond.

We reserved the handicap room many months in advance and I contacted the hotel weeks in advance to confirm this type of room. We were guaranteed a handicap room. Yet when we arrived, our room had been given to someone else. The reception manager bent over backwards to try to make amends, but the upshot was we were still in a non-accessible room, which was dangerous for my severely handicapped husband. It was disappointing that a guaranteed reservation did not mean what it should.

Much nicer inside than the outside might have you believe. Situated on the plaza in the centre of old Nice, a block away from the waterfront and a 20 min walk to the main train station, we stayed here for the Monaco Grand Prix and it was ideal to travel from here, with lots of food choices locally at the end of the day, or ability to eat in with the room having a small kitchen. Staff very helpful, especially on arrival when we didn’t know where to park to offload out bags, and the lady came out to assist.

Just the parking, we only needed to drop our bags off but the square is mostly pedestrian and the hotel entrance on a side street so took some figuring out. Once we got rid of the car and were on foot it was much simpler.

A very good sized room, and the hotel was in a very central convenient location in the old town. No restaurant or bar, but there was the offer to bring breakfast to your room. However, we preferred to go to one of the many nearby cafes for breakfast. We arrived an hour early, and our room was ready for us to check-in to. Friendly helpful staff. One tiny suggestion though would be that as four coffee pods are provided for the Nespresso machine, but only two of milk, four would make more sense! Also no teaspoons in the room for the coffee. Otherwise it was all great!

Really nice and spacious room. Minimal design but beautifully decorated. Well equipped with a kitchen, fridge, and washer and dryer combo. Fantastic location in the old town. Close to the tram and easily to get to the train station. The staff was patient to explain how to get to different places and made wonderful recommendations on places to visit and dinner options. They were wonderful to talk to. This is a place worth staying every time!

Nothing I don’t like. Just need a little TLC with caulk around the shower walls.

This Hotel was excellent. We arrived early morning and they had our room available. Online check in was completed the day before. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of this hotel was very good. We could walk everywhere and felt very safe. The room was beautiful and spacious for 4 women sharing. They accommodated us with single beds. The Hotel arranged transport for us from the airport. Excellent driver and service. We forgot to lock our safe that had $$$$cash, and personal information one morning. We returned to find nothing had been touched. Very honest staff.

Fantastic location for exploring all parts of Nice and easy public transport to Monte Carlo. Very walkable as flat. The apartment had everything we needed although we didn’t cook, too many excellent bars & restaurants nearby. The party goers didn’t disturb us either. It calmed down about midnight but if you’re a light sleeper, all you’ll need is ear plugs. The staff were fantastic - informative about the building and helpful. Having a real person at Reception was a real bonus. Washing machine/dryer & washing pods really helpful when travelling. The elevator was so welcome and although we were next to it, it didn’t disturb us at all. Would highly recommend!!

Nothing. It was fantastic.
